Regarding the Steelers last 3 picks: McCormick will be learning behind James Daniels/Issac Seomalu for the next year and replace either one (Daniels is a FA) Logan lee (grew up a Steelers fan so we had to pick him) brings versatility to the D-line and will be solid depth behind Cam heyward I think he’s our worst pick this draft but I’m still hoping for some production Ryan watts is an insane scheme fit for us and will definitely rotate in at some point for us this year as our corners are weak. His size and length pair well with his press man ability and should be decent for us I think we killed it, outside of the eagles or the ravens I can’t see any other team having a better draft than us (maybe that’s my bias🫣) Great vid as always Chase and here’s to 2025 mock drafts 🍻
I think the Steelers did a great job of picking the right positions in that three-pick stretch, I just don't think they picked the right players. I would've preferred Christian Mahogany/Christian Jones, Khristian Boyd, and a different safety as I just didn't like Watts as a prospect at all. 11 straight A-grade selections dating back to last year is a historic run, and the Steelers did a great job once again.
I generally just wasn't a fan of Lassiter going that high and there were plenty other DBs I would've liked Houston to select there. Good positional pick but not great value in my opinion.
Luckily your grades are way off. Kingsley had a late 2nd early 3rd round grade on the consensus board (Paul gets a B at 55 and Kingsley get an F at 63?).
I have my own grades for over 300 prospects from this year's draft. I base my team grades on what my own grades look like, not what consensus' looked like. I had Suamataia as a seventh-round talent, which is why he received an F. Just did not enjoy watching him at all. He was my OT22. For comparison, Paul was my OT10 as a mid-third round grade.
@@chasekellerjournalism There is a 0% chance that you can properly scout 300 players. Most NFL teams don’t even do 300 drafting prospects and they have a huge team.
