- Jay Norvell spoke after the Colorado State Rams football scrimmage at Campus Stadium in Fort Collins on 8/14/24. Norvell talked about Tory Horton, Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi, and the Rams preparations for their first game against the Texas Longhorns in Austin, Texas.
