    So, so true. I've been riding colts for 50 years and a few years ago I had a bad horse sorta break an egg in me. Not only did he mess with my head but I had to dig pretty deep to fid the courage to press on. I had always used Ray Hunts methods but let me tell you I had to rethink a lot of things and make some changes to get by some horse now in my 60s

    Always took issue with that term"Natural Horsemanship". What Is "Horsemanship". Its the relationship, between man and Horse. Forking a Horse, is not "Natural" to either human or Equine and is not Natural to either species anatomy. Putting tools, to their hooves is not "Natural either. The only "Natural" relationship between man and horse is, Man hunts and eats Horse and Horse Evades that scenario. Like it or Not.. I agree, its a marketing Gimmick and the term was never used by the men that brought the methods to the Masses.
