I would like to suggest some improvements to quality of videos:
- maybe more light in the room will be better (it looks dark, and that shadow looks strange)
- sound is not so good, a bit hard to recognize what people say, maybe try other microphones or so

Literally impossible. In professional events Armwrestlers start applying backpressure and pronation 2 seconds before the go. Maybe in strict refs grip he can.
