As disappointed as I am regarding no news about a potential Yugioh 9, I am very excited for this lore anime. Being more aligned with the anime, I hardly know anything about most card lore; I’ve only ever heard about them. Starting of with the 2 I’ve most heard being Sky Strikers and Albaz is really enticing and I can’t wait.
Funny thing I thought about , if they start the chronicle series with sky striker that would make raye the first female yu gi oh protagonist in an animated show.
@@riotkittyit has yugioh in the name and it is show, so it is a yugioh show, and it ahs a booster set connected to it now too, so konami agrees apparently
I really wonder how these episodes are going to be structured. Like if you told me they were going to make an anime about Sky Striker, I would assume they would adapt the manga, but I doubt that they are going compress the entire manga into 6 10 minute episode (or maybe they would, I don't know how big the manga is). Maybe these episodes will be more like sneak peek into each archetypes lore, to gauge interest into making an actual full anime of the Card Game Lore. There are a lot of questions when comes with Card Game Chronicles, but let's hope Konami won't drop the ball.
They probably could make an anime using ten-minute episodes out of the manga. The Sky Strikers arc of OCG Stories spanned nineteen chapters and a lot of scenes could be done a lot smoother in animation.
The Yugioh cards themself have always had an opportunity to tell and showcase their own stories and worlds so seeing that short genuinely got me hyped of the possibilities. The Elemental Heroes and Roids from GX being some of the first to make me think hard about that.
Since that short aired in February, I was so hyped fpr a chronical anime and now we`re getting it, I`m so happy. 😆😊 I hope, that the episodes will grow longer as this show goes because some of these stories definitely need more than just 5-10 minutes.
I dunno about that, they wont be exactly showcasing the card game in the anime. Unless Konami are selling Merchandise like Toy Swords or something like that to accompany this.
@United4Eternity I mean neither does MTG, Pokemon, Digimon, nor One piece but they are still successful. But either way this is a chance to push this franchise further beyond.
Tbh, yugiohs problem is not getting new people into the game, its keeping the new people in the game. The way the card game is rn is too aggressive, people come in expect a slower back and forth game, what they get is a conbo heavy format full of "i wont let you play" strategies, which makes then drop the game out of frustration.
@neonoah3353 personally I think it's a mix of both - I think Yugioh franchise can take some notes off pokemon because both of them are about bring new audiences and retain audiences too
Having a lore centerd anime is very fascinating and something I wish other animes would do. Like with Bakugan, Cardfight Vanguard or another anime along those lines. It's very intriguing to learn about some deep stories and the world around
Maybe this is a new era for Yu-Gi-Oh! anime with Konami Animation in charge, like you said I really hope the episodes are not that short. I do appreciate that all the episodes will be available for free on TH-cam, definitely more convenient for me at least (I haven't caught up with the anime since VRAINS, it's nothing against Studio Bridge I just haven't had time). Thanks for the video coverage as always!
Will all the archetypes be in the series?Because if they are I hope they show some of the tokens appearance because there are some tokens don't have an appearance yet like vendread token, plunder patroll token, golden pride token, lunalight token etc.
The Short Anime should be around 5 or 10 minutes, similar to Pokemon Generations and Twilight Wings. Hopefully Konami Animation delivers, so it'll receive full support.
I also hope that Sky Striker and Albaz will get more than just 1 episode each. The poster for Albaz includes the Tri-Brigades, Golgonda and Dogmatikalamity, so there's hope for maybe 2-3 episodes for the first part of the story being adapted
I’ve been waiting for something like this since Hidden Arsenal 1 in like 2009 or whenever it was, I am so unbelievably excited for this, and it’s going on their YT channel so we don’t have to wait for it which is even better. As for archetypes I’d love to see MaidDragon, Adamancipator, Runick, gladiator Beast and maybe some sort of zombie thing (Edlich maybe)
i hope that we eventually get more lore for arca types from the anime like galaxy eyes photon, and the number cards. It would also be cool to see the lore of the 4-dimension dragons from arc v and the cards that reference the anime like saga of the dragon emperor.
The archetype I want to see animated is Traptrix. Weekly anime is kind of a relic of the past. Nearly all anime now is 12 episodes seasons within a set calendar season. Even 24 episodes seasons are more rare nowadays. Animators are overworked, they deserve more fair deadlines. We see the quality is better this way. Obviously monthly is a bit long of a wait between episodes but I think this will allow them to be consistent with releases. We hopefully won't have delays or long breaks. Remember how many flashback episodes Vrains had because of rush production problems? So I could see this lore anime being aired monthly for several years straight. Over time the episode length may get longer as well.
I would love to be celebrating this but this is like someone serving you coleslaw as your dinner. I am excited, but a monthly lore anime is a side dish lets be real. I dont see this as the main front cover for the future of Yugioh. And yes I am still devastated about no anime announcement if it wasnt obvious enough already.
I dont think so, it seems something made for people that are already into the card game. I dont see how this gets people to play the actual game if, well, it wont be showcased.
@United4Eternity well why are people playing the one piece card game if they have never played it in the show? It’s because people care about the characters that appear in the cards, that’s how other toy based franchises do it
The cards we don't see or hear less about. It would be interesting. And I think they are just taking a break from the main anime for now. They will be back when they feel the time is right for it.
Although it was disappointing finding out we wouldn’t get a new anime for Yugioh, I’m really looking forward to the Chronicles short series and also this will be a short series to basically test it out as well as see to see how the public will perceive it. I guess if the reaction is really good and people really enjoy it then maybe this could be longer or something. I’m sure this Chronicle short series will not replace the weekly running Yugioh show like you’ve said in the video since the series will definitely be uploaded on TH-cam. Anyways I would love to see Sky Strikers’ lore and Albaz lore being covered
I know this will be a stretch but what if when Go Rush ends, something ends up getting announced about the future of Yugioh and a possible new show? It’s definitely not going to happen but who knows?
Man I dont even wanna talk about Rush rn, the fact the whole Rush franchise could end after only 5 years with only 12 eps left is an abseloute disgrace to me. At least the 'majority' are happy smh
@@rainbowdragon168 I was genuinely in my head thinking 6 total Rush Animes, but now I would just take one more for a trilogy then move. I dont see how a MD anime returns and I stand by the opinion that the MD *Animes* are extinct. Game is already too saturated.
This is cool and all, and I do think this could be something fun to check out, I still feel that Konami fumbled the ball big time at Jump Festa! There was no new series announced, they didn't come out and say they were done with the weekly series, or they didn't want to possibly spoil anything Studio Bridge might be cooking up, the bizarre unscripted duel that had to be cut short because of time constraints, and then basically went "GOODNIGHT FOLKS!" and left everybody hanging in limbo as to whether or not the weekly series was continuing! That's what I took issue with, that whole deal just looked so dysfunctional and awkward!
Pretty excited to see the lore instead of the card game being used for the anime. If you wanted to do both maybe just have it be to where maybe at the end of each episode you could see people dueling with a board state based on the current events of the story overall can’t wait to see it
I'm sure this will bring in more interest to yugioh than the typical "I am a person who plays the card game " anime. It will definitely cater to a more mature audience.
the best of both worlds (and who knows how likely this is) would be them having a weekly running anime with characters playing cards whose lore is shown on short videos posted to youtube. imagine the main character playing a new ace card and that same day you could go to youtube and watch a video about its lore. you still have the traditional card game anime many people love, and you might entice others to try out the game by showing them how the card works after drawing them in with a lore video
That’s way too much work for what are supposed to be just commercials while also reaching marvel levels of “you better watch this other media to understand what is going on this other place”
Hey Dylan! Remember RM R from your day two stream? This is me in my channel :) Yeah looks like there will be no YGO 9., we're slowly accepting this 🥲 but we'll see!!! This is still something to look forward to! :) i freakn love Unchained since I've played it ever since it was printed back in 2020 if i'm not mistaken. And i would love to see an animated lore of it as well! :) but yeah. I guess we're taking this konami. I hope you won't disappoint us and we'll be secretly expecting a YGO 9 announcement by the end of 2025 😆 Cheer up Dylan 🫶🏻
I'm excited to see what they do with this Anime, it's a fun concept and an interesting way to expand upon a fan favorite Universe. While we don't know episode count or runtime, I would speculate that it will probably run monthly from April through the end of 2025 which would be 8 episodes, which is standard for streaming and online shows, about 6-8 episodes but usually released weekly, and I could see it going all the way to but no higher than 20-30 minute episodes, though runtime would probably actually be based on how much lore and such there is for the Archetype so one episode may be 20 minutes while another may only be 8-10 and so on..
Well three archetypes I would LOVE to see animated are: 1. Super Quants: Reason being that it would be so epic to just have Konami just dive into whats essentially a Super Sentai/Power Rangers Archetype and follow the adventures of the Quants as they fight evil. 2. SuperHeavy Samurai: it would be nice to see how these defensive powerhouses live their lives and what they do either in their spare time or even on any missions they are on it would also be funny to see if the Gong and Yuya inspired Samurais are as buddy buddy as the real Duo. And finally 3. Fur Hires: I mean I'm sure this furry team has ton of potential to get some misadventures and hijinks as they go on their missions as well I also can see some others Hiring the crew for different contracts so either a short episode or mini arc can work for them and the other two Archetypes I mentioned as well
I really wanted this, I wonder if it will be albaz and skystrike for a while, or those two are the first two episodes, I hope it will be more than one episode for am archetype. If we look at pokemon YT mini series, is between 7 to 15 minutes and more sometimes, so I hope for 10-15 minutes for episode. Especially if it's once a month and not a week
It's sad for me, because honestly I couldn't care less about this and likely won't stick with it. I'll give it a try, but I have very rarely been a fan of card game original archetypes. For me it feels like Yu-Gi-Oh is dead for casual. No dueling anime, no English rush duels, and here in eu we didn't even get the last speed duel. The brand just has nothing for me now :(
I don't know how this lore anime will be done, if they'll just make each episode center around a different archetype or if it'll actually have an ongoing plot. But if it's the latter, I could think of far worse places to start than with the Sky Strikers, solely because their story is already explored in the OCG Stories spin-off manga, so it'd be easier to adapt that to an anime format, rather than writing an entirely anime-original story.
I'm looking forward to this kore anime im surprised to see some people didn't want one i would have loved a yugioh 9 but hey a lore anime is better than nothing hopefully its 10 minutes long
I know right? Some people in this community just likes to hate on the new thing for no reason. People are already blaming a thing that was just announced yesterday for so many stuff, it's ridiculous.
As much as it is definitely disappointing that the yugioh franchise is supposedly not doing a weekly episode release after end of march 2024, i personally thinking this is more of a changing of the tides for the anime industry because i believe that continuing with old patterns may hinder yugioh growth instead of promote it
I'm definitely interested in a lore anime, though it'll probably take a while to fully realize the weekly Yugioh anime ending after all this time. I've followed it almost weekly since the tail-end of ARC-V, when I found this channel. Speaking of (and I understand this is probably not something you want to discuss now) if the weekly anime does end, if there is no Yugioh 9, what does this mean for the channel?
Honestly, I think they need to really touch on series and archetypes from the earlier anime first. We got a tease of Dark Magician and Blue-Eyes, and the Elemental HEROes and Neo-Spacians feel like prime real-estate. Maybe if we're lucky, we'll get new cards printed based on scenes from this anime (giving the rest of the Neo-Spacians their upgraded forms in line with Marine Dolphin and Twinkle Moss, as well as they're accompanying Contact Fusions, and even Triple Contact Fusions would be amazing). And the Numbers never really got a true chance to shine in Zexal, as it was really just a select few towards the end. Those definitely could use some lore expansion. Regardless, I hope this turns out well
Really excited for this, always wanted lore anime, but hope it's not the replacement for the weekly shows. Hope episodes are at least 10 or more minutes long.
It's a shame that Chronicles is seemingly going to run solo with no main show (at least so far), but I'm optimistic and looking forward to it! If anything, this will just give me more time to watch another anime XD
Dylan usually mangaka set things up ahead of time. Do you think go rush was takahashi's last idea and now they are just stalling with chronicles until they come up with a new series for weekly? Kinda like how toyotarou has DBS on hiatus until he figures a story line out?
As someone who has only very tangentially been keeping up to date with You-Gi-Oh! stuff outside of Duel Monsters for decades, I'm shocked that none of the classic monsters were tapped for this lore series? I mean, I know we got Blue Eyes/Kisara and the Dark Magicians/Mahad and Mana's origin stories IN Duel Monsters, but that was through the lens of the Shadow RPG, I'm sure details were different and timelines were compressed to put Zorc and Atem as the focal points of that game. I would like to see more lol
the difference is that sky striker (until the ocg manga became a thing) and story of white (aka albaz storyline) were stories told exclusively through the cards themselves compared to things like dm and blue eyes which the cards dont tell any real lore outside of the original’s flavor text and the context of the original work so its not really the same case here
@@eldavid8774 Personally I wouldn't mind them confirming the connection between the card lore multiverse and the duelist worlds, but that will probably take a couple years before they think of doing it.
do you guys think that Konami is trying to do the weekly series in the future with theirs animation studio and move on from the old studio so that’s why they didn’t announce this year weekly show ?
Look! I said a while ago that the best thing they could do was make Lore Archetypes shorts to prevent the Animation Studio from using up all its resources quickly. Let's see that It will be once a Month and on TH-cam, I suppose these shorts will last between 5 to 10 minutes. The good thing is that they will surely be well animated or will catch someone's attention. In any case, it is a good first step before wanting to go for something more ambitious.
As much as I have nothing against the Sevens and Go Rush fans, I think Rush Duel not being available in the TCG has been a major obstacle to getting invested in those shows. Now we just need to know if this Chronicles series will just recap and flesh out characters and events in existing cards, or if there will be new cards/characters/events that will be printed later.
This is likely a precursor. They're testing the waters and it will eventually get to a point where they're making card lore anime alongside new releases in order to better market the cards. I must say, this is very promising.
Idk why but im not as disappointed as everyone else.😅 Im just excited for some reasonably high quality content for ygo. Im very certain Rush will return. Anyway if i had to make an educated guess we'll get a handful of episodes for each theme that could also be at least under 20min long minimum
Seeing how new card games market themselves with the characters in the cards ,like one piece and lorcana , and not by having shows of people playing with the cards , this shows a change in the market that konami is following, i can understand current audiences not really caring about spikey haired children yapping about friendship and card games and would prefer some action fantasy/ sci fi shows.
On the bright side We got that female protagonist But considering the Rush era already had 13 episode arcs it would not surprise me if like so many other studios Konami is taking Yu-Gi-Oh seasonal like most other anime Particularly if Yugioh 9 is more focused on adults I knew this was happening eventually because it would be a MASSIVE waste of money for them to make a trailer devoted to a series they're not working on but it is sooner than I expected Dinomorphia is cool and I think might be S-Force adjacent so could work for a full season As for a smaller scale, Deskbot lore
basically this is a test to gauge interest in a lore based yugioh anime. its smart. people dont need to know or like yugioh to engage in albaz or sky striker as stories. this is the same approach riot dif wth league of legends for arcane and their other league lore games. its probably a hard sell to corporate suits that a series will lead to profits when they dont actually know the product or fandom well. they still think with no yu-named anime boy they wont sell merchandise or cards. but they will.
"Does anyone know when episode 138 of Go Rush will be available somewhere?" 🇮🇹I will watch everything about Dylan before judging. I've always watched everything related to Yu-Gi-Oh, whether it's remakes, movies, or series, so I have no issues. However, I would have liked to know something about Go Rush at Jump, beyond the designs of Yuna, etc."
I was upset about Yu-Gi-Oh 9th anime didn't get announce. I happy about Sky Strikers and the White Story got a anime. I see Sky Strikers manga announced. I like Sky Strikers and Dogmatika deck.
Konami better do this properly. Spamming large amounts of animations instead of doing one in the best way possible will be better for the history of the game.
Yep. Not excited but I will be parched of Yugioh anime content so I'm gonna check these out. At least, we have My Hero Academia: Vigilantes coming out on April for us MHA fans.
I know a lot of people are very excited for the archetypes with already established lore (I am too), but I also hope that we can get some small shorts that give/expand on lore for other less lore-focused archetypes. I'd absolutely LOVE to learn about the lore for the anime protagonists' archetypes. Yusaku's Cyberse Coders Yuya's Magicians, Odd-Eyes, and Entermates Yuma's Onomats and Hope Yusei's Junks, Synchrons, and Stardust Yuki's HEROes and Neo-Space Yugi's... _Honestly, all of his archetypes could make up an entire series on their own._
I honestly cant see any of the protagonists archetypes getting a lore adaptation beside Yugi and Jaden. Because these 2 technically has archetypes with lore in them, but the other protagonists archetypes are kinda just there.
Like many, im disappointed and excited. No Yugioh 9 is sad, but the card lore anime is awesome! I really want to see animated lore for (along with all on the 6min vid), Dragonmaids, Harpies, and the one i would want most, Felgrand and lightsworn!
Not really excited about this especially cause there seemingly no main show anymore. Thos is just too different from normal Yu-Gi-Oh it might as well be a complete different anime.
@YugiohEverything Yeah that's exactly how I feel about it, the Yu-Gi-Oh anime is about them playing the card game and if you take that away it's just a complete different thing then.
@@silvernapper2797 um it is cause what's the point in even calling it Yu-Gi-Oh if it isn't even about them playing the card game anymore or show how to play the cards cause that was one of the benefits of the anime is people would learn how to play the cards which would make them want to buy and play it in real life.
@@vortexalliance9938 by your own metrics , yugioh already fails at being yugioh, it means king of games but they only play one game and that game they play it’s played completely different in real life, anyone who tries to emulate the shows gets completely curbstomped even in locals
Right now, duel links is in a good position to survive at least 2-3 more years before getting desperate for content. Go Rush just started, Sevens still has plenty of content to pull from, Zexal and Arc-V still have to add there big hitter characters like Z-Arc and Vector, and Vrains hasn't even added the villian characters yet. The only real "downside" for the game is that they can't add another world next year.
@ next year will probably be a DM anime world with the new Blue-Eyes cards we recently got in the ocg and Yugi’s Shining Sarcophagus of Light deck. 2026 is where I get worried about a new world because if it’s OCG Structures or a lore world the characters skill wise already exist in archive skills
@slenderbear2234 Honestly, I would love a Card Game Chronicles world with Raye and Albaz as the starting characters, and then make Tour Guide finally playable as a secret unlock.
Be intresting to learn more about sone of these monster cards like the sky strikers but if we dont get an episode focusing on jerry bean then its a trash show haha

the best of both worlds (and who knows how likely this is) would be them having a weekly running anime with characters playing cards whose lore is shown on short videos posted to youtube. imagine the main character playing a new ace card and that same day you could go to youtube and watch a video about its lore. you still have the traditional card game anime many people love, and you might entice others to try out the game by showing them how the card works after drawing them in with a lore video
That’s way too much work for what are supposed to be just commercials while also reaching marvel levels of “you better watch this other media to understand what is going on this other place”
I say that I’m excited the most for is lore anime but mostly like rush duel and just hope later in 2025 we should get Yugioh 9 series
Hey Dylan! Remember RM R from your day two stream? This is me in my channel :)
Yeah looks like there will be no YGO 9., we're slowly accepting this 🥲 but we'll see!!! This is still something to look forward to! :) i freakn love Unchained since I've played it ever since it was printed back in 2020 if i'm not mistaken. And i would love to see an animated lore of it as well! :)
but yeah. I guess we're taking this konami. I hope you won't disappoint us and we'll be secretly expecting a YGO 9 announcement by the end of 2025 😆
Cheer up Dylan 🫶🏻
Can't wait for Yugioh 9!
Fur Hires: I mean I'm sure this furry team has ton of potential to get some misadventures and hijinks as they go on their missions as well I also can see some others Hiring the crew for different contracts so either a short episode or mini arc can work for them and the other two Archetypes I mentioned as well
I kinda hope they will be 30 minutes each
Literally the best thing they could’ve done
I really wanted this, I wonder if it will be albaz and skystrike for a while, or those two are the first two episodes, I hope it will be more than one episode for am archetype.
If we look at pokemon YT mini series, is between 7 to 15 minutes and more sometimes, so I hope for 10-15 minutes for episode.
Especially if it's once a month and not a week
This sounds a lot like the super dragon ball heroes anime. It was a promotional anime and episodes were usually around the 10 minute mark.
I think episodes about 10 minutes or even a bit less would be good.
I would like to see Shiranui and Evilswarm to be animated
I'm hoping to get some lore for my Dragonmaids. I'm one of the few people who main them.
I’m assuming the other archetypes that were previewed would also get their own short anime episodes.
Soulsword is something I want to see animated
Any sweet animation for the Egyptian gods would definitely be great. Or gentile darkness vs the light of destruction.
i want to see all YUGIOH anime get lots of development time like what rock star does for they games
The brand just has nothing for me now :(
I would love to see Vendread focused episodes, and Hero cards too.
Keep in mind Konami has expanded and they can do in house and outsourcing
I don't know how this lore anime will be done, if they'll just make each episode center around a different archetype or if it'll actually have an ongoing plot. But if it's the latter, I could think of far worse places to start than with the Sky Strikers, solely because their story is already explored in the OCG Stories spin-off manga, so it'd be easier to adapt that to an anime format, rather than writing an entirely anime-original story.
We need yugioh 9
I'm looking forward to this kore anime im surprised to see some people didn't want one i would have loved a yugioh 9 but hey a lore anime is better than nothing hopefully its 10 minutes long
I know right?
Some people in this community just likes to hate on the new thing for no reason.
People are already blaming a thing that was just announced yesterday for so many stuff, it's ridiculous.
@omermohammad1336 yeah for sure hey at least we're getting a lore anime which is great to me
@@silvernapper2797
Let's hope Konami animation won't disappoint since it's still not clear what it will actually be like.
Speaking of (and I understand this is probably not something you want to discuss now) if the weekly anime does end, if there is no Yugioh 9, what does this mean for the channel?
could be this is to test the waters
Regardless, I hope this turns out well
@@dragonblaster-vu8wz o yeah just what the tcg needed more dm, gx nostalgia bait 🙄
Really excited for this, always wanted lore anime, but hope it's not the replacement for the weekly shows. Hope episodes are at least 10 or more minutes long.
I'm hyped for a Yugioh Lore anime next year
I want it to be similar to the 12 episodes 24 mins that some anime do but I feel like it is not ganna happen
awesome video love your thoughts on this 😁
It's a shame that Chronicles is seemingly going to run solo with no main show (at least so far), but I'm optimistic and looking forward to it! If anything, this will just give me more time to watch another anime XD
Imagine if this lead to fully animating the Sky Striker manga, or all of the OCG stories
Dylan usually mangaka set things up ahead of time. Do you think go rush was takahashi's last idea and now they are just stalling with chronicles until they come up with a new series for weekly? Kinda like how toyotarou has DBS on hiatus until he figures a story line out?
I believe Zexal was the last Yugioh anime that Takahashi had any direct involvement with.
This could be the start of something good if they see that there’s public interest.
We as fans might be able to track that as well because it will be on YT, so we can see views!
I would like to see more lol
the difference is that sky striker (until the ocg manga became a thing) and story of white (aka albaz storyline) were stories told exclusively through the cards themselves compared to things like dm and blue eyes which the cards dont tell any real lore outside of the original’s flavor text and the context of the original work so its not really the same case here
@@WhiteRaven696 isn’t that just more duel monsters? Like that story is already over an the creator clearly didn’t intend for it to expand
@@eldavid8774
Personally I wouldn't mind them confirming the connection between the card lore multiverse and the duelist worlds, but that will probably take a couple years before they think of doing it.
do you guys think that Konami is trying to do the weekly series in the future with theirs animation studio and move on from the old studio so that’s why they didn’t announce this year weekly show ?
I must say, this is very promising.
please do World Chalice!! and the Dual terminals like ice barrier!!
I’m still wandering why was Ray akaba in the chat from your first stream of jump festa 2025?!?!?
Idk why but im not as disappointed as everyone else.😅
Im just excited for some reasonably high quality content for ygo. Im very certain Rush will return.
Anyway if i had to make an educated guess we'll get a handful of episodes for each theme that could also be at least under 20min long minimum
As long as it's not a reboot I am going to watch it.
It's cooler to introduce new cards from lore anime.
I can feel the disappointment in your voice..we feel you bro..
I am disappointed that this wasn't a weekly anime series,I can't wait 1 whole month just to watch another episode, the heck😢😢
Wait ... Sky Striker has a Manga?
Shit we need Manga for all the Lore!
There's also one for magistus
Seeing how new card games market themselves with the characters in the cards ,like one piece and lorcana , and not by having shows of people playing with the cards , this shows a change in the market that konami is following, i can understand current audiences not really caring about spikey haired children yapping about friendship and card games and would prefer some action fantasy/ sci fi shows.
Konami just give us Chiaki Kobayashi as Albaz and I'm 1000% sold, that's the only thing I ask for
the opening, tho
( | )
On the bright side
We got that female protagonist
But considering the Rush era already had 13 episode arcs it would not surprise me if like so many other studios Konami is taking Yu-Gi-Oh seasonal like most other anime
Particularly if Yugioh 9 is more focused on adults
I knew this was happening eventually because it would be a MASSIVE waste of money for them to make a trailer devoted to a series they're not working on but it is sooner than I expected
Dinomorphia is cool and I think might be S-Force adjacent so could work for a full season
As for a smaller scale, Deskbot lore
En lo personal los animes semanales van a seguir puede ser qué simplemente se toman un pequeño descanso
basically this is a test to gauge interest in a lore based yugioh anime.
its smart. people dont need to know or like yugioh to engage in albaz or sky striker as stories. this is the same approach riot dif wth league of legends for arcane and their other league lore games.
its probably a hard sell to corporate suits that a series will lead to profits when they dont actually know the product or fandom well. they still think with no yu-named anime boy they wont sell merchandise or cards. but they will.
"Does anyone know when episode 138 of Go Rush will be available somewhere?"
🇮🇹I will watch everything about Dylan before judging. I've always watched everything related to Yu-Gi-Oh, whether it's remakes, movies, or series, so I have no issues. However, I would have liked to know something about Go Rush at Jump, beyond the designs of Yuna, etc."
I do wonder what'll happen to the Rush Duel OCG without an anime to advertise it.
A ver todavía no se sabe si va a ser el final de los animes cualquier momento pueden anunciar uno
The Yugioh Rush anime is an overall failed experiment that's why they didnt release it in the TCG. Its a failed experiment
If this means getting an anime about world legacy them I am ready to wait for 10 years ❤❤❤
I was upset about Yu-Gi-Oh 9th anime didn't get announce. I happy about Sky Strikers and the White Story got a anime. I see Sky Strikers manga announced. I like Sky Strikers and Dogmatika deck.
So glad my coping turned to be true lol😂
Part of me is still worried how they will handle it, but I still won
Cant wait to see Shuraig fighting
Konami better do this properly. Spamming large amounts of animations instead of doing one in the best way possible will be better for the history of the game.
Japan only English dub NOT LIKELY when even the Current Go Rush season doesn't have a English dub YET though it likely will.
If ya’ll want to keep watching card game anime I’d recommend Cardfight Vanguard Divinez and/or Shadowverse Flame 😁
Yugioh chronicles are like dragon ball heroes episode every month 15 minutes each
I really hope its at least 10 mins! Please Konami...🙏
This is YU-GI-OH! 9.
Wasn't this announced like 2 years ago?
Six Samurai
Yusaku's Cyberse Coders
Yuya's Magicians, Odd-Eyes, and Entermates
Yuma's Onomats and Hope
Yusei's Junks, Synchrons, and Stardust
Yuki's HEROes and Neo-Space
Yugi's...
I get that, someone said it will feel like a generic anime just with the Yugioh name slapped onto it and I get why some people feel that way
@YugiohEverything Yeah that's exactly how I feel about it, the Yu-Gi-Oh anime is about them playing the card game and if you take that away it's just a complete different thing then.
It's not a bad thing tho
@@silvernapper2797 um it is cause what's the point in even calling it Yu-Gi-Oh if it isn't even about them playing the card game anymore or show how to play the cards cause that was one of the benefits of the anime is people would learn how to play the cards which would make them want to buy and play it in real life.
@@vortexalliance9938 by your own metrics , yugioh already fails at being yugioh, it means king of games but they only play one game and that game they play it’s played completely different in real life, anyone who tries to emulate the shows gets completely curbstomped even in locals
10 minutes or 20?
Should be nice
Big question is: Can duel links survive without the anime?
We got the lore anime everyone wanted... But at what cost?...
Abandoning the "kid in school plays card game" trope.
Sounds like a good deal to me.
@bl00by_ thats a horrible deal.
Be intresting to learn more about sone of these monster cards like the sky strikers but if we dont get an episode focusing on jerry bean then its a trash show haha
Yeah I;m interested to learn about the lores that I am unfamiliar with!
👋
Hope you enjoyed!
I don't like this anime😢 i just want the new yugioh
Dont make a teory story until you have enoungh info and be paticences .
