Don't know if that tool have a name, but It's multi tool, very useful tool that you can bring with you when you go on cycling a long distance. You can find something like that on eBay.
I have cleaned whole hub before I knew I will film this hub, Usually I show dirty and not cleaned parts, but I didn't have one, so I film with this hub :D

Did you clean the parts off before reassembly or just add new grease?

Is this the same as velospeed?

Am doing all that but the wheel does not turn, what wrong do i do
