    • @jastejchoong
      @jastejchoong  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You must overdeliver in the free trial. Most people overlook free trials. It’s one of the best ways to get new clients when first starting out. Do everything for the client such as running the ads, lead follow up & appointment booking. At the same time, keep the service super personalized and make the client feel special. Personalization paired with good results will help you get the client. I personally sold a $7k deal with half of that collected upfront

      Average age of a realtor is 51. Most realtors aren’t equipped with the skills to run Facebook ads. No one’s teaching them how to do this so instead of having to learn the skill themselves, they’re willing to pay.

    Great idea with free trials but how would a new agency owner offer that? For example it costs me $200 start up (one time fee) and $200/pm to run the ads. This is using a white label agency. For me to give away 4 free trails I’d cost me $1,600. Without having any guarantee anyone will sign on

    Am I the only one who doesn't understand where the money is coming from? He set up 4 FREE trials but collected 300$ for each "FREE" trial? 😅 And after 5 days he collected up to 3.5k$... and that gave him a 7k$ deal? Please explain what you just did there.

    I love videos like this. Transparent, quick, good editing. Just perfect! Keep it up!👍 However, I still have 1 simple question: You said you bought the 97$ version of highlevel. That version only allows you to create 1 account for your agency and you used that account to promote your own agency. How did you provide your customers with a CRM then when it would normally require you to buy the 297$ version? Or did you then upgrade to the 297$ version? Would be very helpful, thanks!

    Bro how do I how such a good thick healthy beard??? Just overall facial hair??

    • @jastejchoong

      I think being Indian helps getting a thick beard for myself. But if you’re struggling to grow facial hair, try minoxidil. You’ll probably get the best results with that compared to a derma roller or oils.
