Is it possible that with the small percentage of actual taxpayers, govt is looking for money and expects the taxpayers to bail them out. As taxpayers and supporting govt, we get nothing in return. What we get is bad public health service, loadshedding, no water, bad roads, increased crime, unkempt parks, overgrown grass on pavements, dirty cities, etc. So why are taxpayers taxed to the hilt. Every govt dept is a nightmare. Makes you think doesn't it?

My budgeted power ran out due to this charge.Not sure i will top up again, il use other means. A once off 200 is all im paying, when nhi comes and im robbed for a service i will never use i will make sure to dig my heels in even further
