Thank you Barbra for promoting this! It’s so important to understand the unfair treatment of women when it comes to this cause. Too many women die of heart related issues. My own grandmother, who was given a clean bill of health after complaining of feeling “winded” for a while, died of a heart attack just a week later at the young age of 65. Had she been given the proper testing and treatment like a man, she may still be here today. Thank you for advocating for this.

Hi Barbra thank you for all you do to help women. Its so important they are educated and aware of heart disease. My father died when i was 4 years old. 1967 my father was 34 years old. Died of a massive heart attack. Its important to have a cardiologist. So again ms streisand thank YOU. 💖

Thank you, Barbra for your wonderful talent over all of these years for one. But I wanted to write this mostly because my mother died of heart disease which she didn't know she had. She had symptoms, but didn't know it was her heart because it was not in her chest. So, she called her doctor, but just got a subscription for something else. Her symptoms progressed without my mother or father realizing she was having a heart attack. So, by the time that 911 called, it was too late. Women need to be educated to know the symptoms. My mother passed in 1996 when she was only 67. I believe she could have lived much longer, if she only knew what to look for. We still have not mastered all of the facts about heart disease. I thank you for addressing this issue. We need someone like you to be our voice, so other mothers won't die so young, and their children won't lose them at such a young age.
