She has expressed how nervous she was playing on the jp server with the jp members because of her Japanese skills. Her encounter with pekora (and the subsequent encounters) and pekora's openness to communicate (despite the difficulties) really helped her confidence. On pekora's side, despite her talk about prefering to work in/playing minecraft alone, she becomes good friends with Moona and invites her into her construction company. Top character development anime right here.

Hanekawa might be not the antagonist but at that arc she was and had to accept her lost to Senjougahara despite how close they are before that Neko stole him.
Was kinda hoping after reading the book she find out the truth and we can go into Akukin revenge arc which eventually leads to Pekora death but not before signing over Usada Kensetsu over to Moona. Where she used the weapon of mass destruction left behind by Pekora to go full John Wick.
