I must also confirm here for readers that I did these remedies almost all from my teens until 30 of age
I moved to uk after marriage @ age 28 and slowly stopped these hair remedies
Before marriage I regularly applied warm oil twice a week , always put vitamin E oil in mustard oil & used my own brush never shared it. Washed with vinegar And did also used hot towel. And I hardly used a conditioner and my hair has a curly they were growing & quality was good and hydrated.I assure also these work

Low porosity hair care routines
Step1: apply hot oil 1 hour/ a night before
Step 2: give steam 15 min before hair wash
Step 3: wash with shampoo and use warm water
Step 4: use moisturising hairmask or conditioner
Step 5: use 2 drops of badam rogan oil on wet hair(specially ends)
Can you suggest hair mask and conditioner for low porosity hair and after applying this need to rinse
