- Only oats and bananas! Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour.
Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
120 g oats.
150 ml milk.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
Lemon juice.
Vanillin.
4 kiwi.
30 g nuts.
5 g baking powder.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
2 cups oats.
200 ml milk.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
150 g yogurt.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons honey.
60 g raisins.
60 g cranberries.
50 g nuts.
18 cm (7 inches) pan.
Almond flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 3
2 cups oats.
1 egg.
Vanillin.
A pinch of salt.
3 tablespoons sweetener.
3 tablespoons oil.
200 ml milk.
8 g baking powder.
1 apple.
Oil for frying.
Recipe 4
120 g oats.
250 ml warm milk.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
50 g walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
80 g dark chocolate.

Am I the only one who has lost 30 kilos after eating this cake for a month?
If I only ate this cake for a month I think I would lose 30 kilos too but we need a balanced diet not a severely limited diet
