It's currently 9 degrees up here in Colorado at 8,000 feet of elevation with 12 inches of fresh snow. It's really not too bad. The wind and humidity are what suck.
For a guy that dabbles in exercising, all the ones you mention are on my list too! Lol! Great show as always! Keep up the awesome work Andy, Jason, Mike and the rest of the spitballers crew!
It's called drinking water, rather be hot over cold any day of the week. I have had to sleep out in the cold to many times I want nothing to do with anymore.
I knew Mike would be grabbing his dunks 😂 I’m a gym junkie but pull ups and any kind of tricep push-up are absolutely the most painful exercises per rep 😩
Well I will say that I love jump rope, it’s like a game to me. And I love running, I rather run then walk. I run up stairs. To a room that is three rooms away, I run while hiking and I love sonic who is all about running. At least you guys didn’t say hip-hop.
Speaking before the draft starts here... clear 101 is burpees, and nobody will tell me otherwise... other tops are wall sits, high knees, butt kicks, and (from a fellow fat guy, sup Jason) sit-ups
Wow it's not even close for me. I'm taking - 2 celcius by a landslide... But I guess it's cause I'm used to it living in Canada. I much rather the cold than the heat though. And 43 degrees is INSANELY hot whereas -2 is just "kinda cold"
being a wisconsinite and having lived in arizona a half a year i will take cold weather cause you can bundle up and you do get used to it but lordy if its hot out its hard to really cool down and arizona no grass or trees hardly anywhere. yea no im good on that crap
Andy's right. I'm 6'4" and my fingers and toes are always really cold when it gets cold. I'm not sure that's enough to make me choose cold weather year around. But it's definitely not fun.
I ran cross country for 4 years in high school..I sucked for 3 of them and the summer before my sr year I wanted abs so I did a bunch of sit ups every day and not only got the abs but collaterally I shaved whole minutes off my 5k time
Yeah, and I’ve never heard of petite people having cold hands and feet...oh wait, it’s super common. This tall confirmation bias is fittingly silly for a Spitballers comment thread.
@@Sanderson331 oh, ok. You’re obviously entitled to that opinion, but I think their success is born of the fact that they’re so different, personality-wise.
the tall people being cold is probably one of favorite spitballers moments hahaha
I am amazed that Planks made it to the waiver wire. That's easily my 1. 01
I live in Texas it’s just as hot as Arizona. We run our AC year round. Also side note my wife is from Peoria Arizona love you guys.
This is gonna be a Spitballers Classic
Yes

@47:52 Mike that wasn't nice lol
1. Stadiums/Bleachers
2. Suicides
3. 6 inches
4. Squats
5. Power Cleans
Mike with temperature. The man doesn’t leave AZ much haha I live in PA and it’s gonna be below freezing every day for months
It's currently -6 degrees Celcius, and I was outside in only my shorts and running shoes while shovelling this morning. You get used to it.
Burpees are hands down my 1.01 as well. I outright refuse.
I actually enjoy listening to the podcast while running haha
but do you enjoy running?
@@Rín-wín yes lol. I'm actually an ultra marathoner. I just did a 65 mile trail race in December.
@@EffigyofChaos lies!!!!!
just kidding, that's awesome dude! I'm with Andy though, it's too easy to stop running...
I love this draft lol
For a guy that dabbles in exercising, all the ones you mention are on my list too! Lol! Great show as always! Keep up the awesome work Andy, Jason, Mike and the rest of the spitballers crew!
Outside my immediate family in my home there are 2 people I would give money to, but I would help in a charitable way
It's called drinking water, rather be hot over cold any day of the week. I have had to sleep out in the cold to many times I want nothing to do with anymore.
Andy was wearing a rocket league hat. I love it.
It’s his favorite
I'm going back into the house for my hardware wallet seed phrase
I think Andy is correct with the correlation of height to poor circulation.
Lifetime Montana resident here. You guys are sure welcome to visit, but there's no way you're buying this state for $100 million! Lol
I knew Mike would be grabbing his dunks 😂 I’m a gym junkie but pull ups and any kind of tricep push-up are absolutely the most painful exercises per rep 😩
Pullups never seem to get easier and I been lifting 25 years!

That feel when it was around -40 C in Saskatchewan the past week haha -2 C is nothing

Working out your legs is good for back pain and testosterone, it is very rewarding Jason!
i love your pod cast you are so funny
Andy is right about the tall thing.
Andy's right. I'm 6'4" and my fingers and toes are always really cold when it gets cold. I'm not sure that's enough to make me choose cold weather year around. But it's definitely not fun.
Easily 28 degrees. That’s not even bad.
Can we get an updated draft rankings soon?
i think the udk preorder is available superbowl sunday!
Can’t believe planking didn’t make the list
Lol that’s scat
It's 27 degrees as I listen to this in Ohio lol
The fact that planks weren’t picked is astonishing
Brazilian wax your entire body (including head & facial hair) weekly for a year or grow all hair (without any trimming) for 3 years?
I ran cross country for 4 years in high school..I sucked for 3 of them and the summer before my sr year I wanted abs so I did a bunch of sit ups every day and not only got the abs but collaterally I shaved whole minutes off my 5k time
Another variation on running, Hills day was awful in football and track.
Andy is right
My fingers and feet get sooo much colder than the rest of my body and I’m 6’0. So I’m with Andy on that
I can’t believe it was possible for running and squats to be taken by one person and it didn’t happen
"Allen's rule"
Ya tall people do have worse circulation.
Why not put the shoes on Mike...and now you can still carry 3 more things...
How did you guys forget planks???? That’s undoubtedly the 1.01
i played joe montana football on the sega master system in the mid 90th , that was cool but def not worth 100 million dollars
Love it when Andy cuts off the other guys😍😍😍 music to my ears #sarcasm
the wind hurts my face.... i dont wanna hear it lol
I’m tall and my fingers and toes get cold Easier
Yeah, and I’ve never heard of petite people having cold hands and feet...oh wait, it’s super common. This tall confirmation bias is fittingly silly for a Spitballers comment thread.
Curls are the most useless work out if you work out regularly. Also leg extensions are very good for your knees.
depends on your goals, I'm sure. Curls are amazing to get big biceps but big biceps have limited usage except to get looks
@@Pkilla80 exactly. And if you work out your entire body every week your biceps will get worked out naturally.
It's a turnoff to talk about how much money you make or how famous you are.
Andy is making the show border line unwatchable with the vibes smh
What “vibes”?
@@sonicportal7375 honestly I think I’m just giving him a hard time but he pisses me off the little things he does. Lol
