Bens, I totally share your love for Melanie. There's never been another like her and every time she appears in an episode this year, I'm guaranteed to feel better after watching. Even if she's being put through the ringer. I love that she's still the ... "ditz" is too harsh, so is "airhead"... she's still the dag she always was, but age has slightly matured her and given her insights that no one else sees. And she's bringing other people in the street around to her way of seeing the world too! She has a lot of traits in common with Dee and Sonya too, which is important. Both those lovely ladies could act the fool for some fun with Toad. IMO, Meloadie are "endgame" lol!! He grounds her; she lightens him up. A perfect, and hopefully classic, couple.
