Boyoz is a very specialty brought by Iberian Jews to İzmir in the 15th century when they were expelled from Spain. U should also try the İzmir Simit. İt's very delicious and U'll find it nowhere than in İzmir. Eat it fresh or it will get very chewy next day.
Yeah this BOYOZ I have eat many times and with Egg & Black pepper of the EGG its copleted each other very good )) again you have find todays Video the real Izmir Cuisine with all ! Its only sad that you dont make a Trip to CESME or SIGACIK ( Fishertowns from Izmir) and stay only in the City of Izmir.
Boyoz 500 yıllık geçmişi olan bir yiyecek sade olanı kılasik yanında susuz odun fırınında 3 saatte pişen haşlanmış yumurta ile yenilirdi yumurtanın rengi susuz ve uzun süre haşlanmasından ötürü beyaz yeri kahverengi olur üzerine biraz karabiber ve tuz dökülür yumurtanın
Oh no way, is that where you work? We would have loved to but we actually just recently left Izmir, we'll have to take a rain cheque for next time🥰 thanks!!
the boyoz place is the most famous, therefore the most expensive, but far expensive. they just abuse the appreciation and they charge to customers for being appreciated so much. there are many other places that are 90% the same, but maybe half the price. they offer lemonade for 12 TL, while the 100% pomegranate juice was 12 TL too, at another place.
Happy Sunday everyone!!! Hope you're having a great day. Which of the famous Izmir boyoz would you like to try? Thanks for watching 🧡☺️
