Would have helped a ton if you actually showed on the map where you were instead of saying "here and here and here" on a screen full of orange stone and sand... its kinda hard to discern from your brief pans around without seeing the map.
the chest that spawned a legendary item on the south wall will always reset with one legendary item in it. works great with private servers just take the item and restart your server!
One other location on the south side. You have to break a rock and its under the rock. Best way is to google the locations and look at the wiki page to fine them.

you can't, maxed level is capped at lvl 60
