- The lull in the Atlantic hurricane season will continue for at least another week or two, but then things will heat up fast as we head into the peak months of the season. This video analyzes the factors in play as we head into August, and who may be most at risk. I also discuss two storms in the western Pacific that look to threaten China, Taiwan, and Japan.
I’m a boater on the Texas Gulf Coast. The weather plays a huge part in our lives. It’s great to find you and your message. New subscriber checking in from Seabrook, Texas. Thanks.
@@sugardaddy9992001 hey neighbor, the grass is really growing now.
Thank you Josh. Appreciate your weather report and keeping us informed. Have a good day 🙂
Easily the BEST channel for all weather related matters, hands down! Thank you Joshua for keeping us so well informed, it is greatly appreciated. I love the positive message that you post at the end of each video, it is always very uplifting and well needed. And don't forget to give it a thumbs up 👍🏼as it definitely does make a difference.
Great Content! Amen on that Prayer! God Bless!
Thanks weatherman Josh
I see a 04 type of year for Florida (Im only making a perdition for Florida only) How many Total Storms I say 3-5 Hurricanes 2-3, major 1-2
New subscriber! Great info and a great presentation!
I don't think you need to tone down your forecasted storm numbers at all.
Its very early and these storms dont need plenty time to form.
Lots of storms can form over a very short period and August to November is more than enough time for 30 nsmed storms to form even a few extra.
With these conditions, keep your forecast.
Hi I’m a new subscriber great information! What’s your opinion forecast from august 8 to August 11 for Cancun Mexico I’m going to a wedding and want to make sure if there’s any hurricane forming? Thank you .
Right now I don't see anything of note. Though I am watching a wave which may get to Florida a few days before then, but seems unlikely to affect Cancun.
My annual tropical activity prediction has historically been more accurate than Colorado State’s. I simply take their predicted number of storms and divide by two. 😂

Then last year you were wrong. Whoops.
This ain’t good! Especially after the SECOND storm of the hurricane season became Category 5!
I just heard the biggest Strom in my life I'm so scared
A 175mph hurricane at that
And that strength was on July 1st pretty insane to see what September will be like
I won’t hold you accountable. I’m just in a spot where I have to make a decision. Sept 1 I can either be in SW Florida or mid NW Florida. I’m on the water, so keep that in mind. If you were to be in that situation, which choice would you choose? Thank you.
Mid NW Florida is less likely to get hit
@@joshsseverewx thank you. Praying none of the storms hit severely. It’s tiring dealing with the path of these. Coming from someone that passed through the eye of Ian, from north to south. I’ve seen some things. The ptsd is real and nothing to take lightly or ignore. God’s plan not ours. Man I wish we were best friends and could sit around and yak this stuff out. I love weather; but, no matter how hard I try, I just can’t understand it… just like everyone else 👍
God Bless you!
Amen God bless you too.
How does new Orleans look for hurricane season 2024 on you tuber said the it's trending more west
Definitely in play. Too soon to get specific.
I am glad to hear you say you’re a Christian. I hope that Jesus is your Lord and Savior. No one gets to the Father except through Him. Also I don’t think we should claim that EF5’s can’t happen. God will use what He has created to bring people to repentance before He rains His wrath down on the wicked, evildoers. God can do anything. Respectfully, I see meteorologists stunned by unprecedented events all the time. They track and report the weather but Almighty God controls it for His purposes.

I don't like that thing coming at the east coast of Florida. at all.

Hope you wrong
Your headline is MIS LEADING.First of all you have a list of HIGH PRESSURE???? systems east of the LESSER ANTILLES indicating potential stormy weather. Those are Tropical Waves which move over the Lesser Antilles every 4 to 5 days and at present the National Hurricane is predicting NO NEW STORMS during the next 5 days and the model that predicted Beryl to be a major Hurricane as it approached the Southern Windwards before it had even form is predicting NO STORMS OR HURRICANES as seen by todays model data for the rest of the month

That

@@michaelaustin-xx7cu idk
@@1Jaxaughningrxm LOW pressure systems DO NOT ROTATE CLOCKWISE...HIGHS rotate clockwise....LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS ROTATE ANTICLOCKWISE...so what Josh is saying that a series of HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEMS are approaching the Lesser Antilles which should signify good weather.
