Brian - those aren't middle wheels for the 12V train motor from the Grey era, those are for 4.5V motors and blue era 12V motors. The 12V grey era middle wheels are part BB0012V2 on Bricklink
If those white hinge/panel pieces are still in decent condition then just placed them in 3% hydrogen peroxide for a day or two and they will almost good as new. I've done it with some BL orders.

I thought those track pieces were relatively new, didn't remember them from back in the day.
I have to order some 1x1 plates in white to finish rebuilding kits.
