I dont understand...best gown?...i mean...thats not needed in miss Pacific Islands...n beside these contestants can only afford so much...only contestants that comes from families that hv money would wear something expensive like miss Heilala 2024...so its not fair to have best gown Catogary...sponsors dont really give much to these contestants to use for their needs to compete...i feel sorry for the parents who dig deep into their own pockets for their child...
It's not the prize of the gown but how the girl wears it and modelling the dress on stage that counts. And for every beauty pageant "evening gown is must category to be judged
