Those seat backs coming off are a common issue with the cayenne my 2007 S twin turbo V8 I left it sitting for about a month and both side came off I had to use epoxy to put them back on.
The Porsche might have plugged cats That would explain why flooring it only gets you 1500 RPM and why the exhaust smelled so horrible As well as that rattling noise

We started the engine and you could hear the rod knocking across the street. 👎🏻 The Porsche would be an excellent buy if you had a good running one with body damage,put two together and make one good one.
