One thing my chiropractor or trainer never fixed was my lower back pain. Then, I started training with a woman who needed help doing planks. Holy God, that fixed it. Between running completely on my toes and planking, no more back pain. It only took over 30 years to learn that!
Uncool for another doctor to slap his bum while his elbow is pressing on her spinal nerves. It comes off to me to be rude to Dr. Alex and risky for patient.
