“And they got the nerve to say I ain’t fought nobody, I just make em look like nobody, y’all musta forgot!”
“Y’all Musta Forgot” - Roy Jones Jr.
Roy one of the best talents and most exciting boxers of all time
Roy Jones Jr the biggest steroid user of all time from the begging of his career. Now his stats should be taken away. He was on steroids when he fought Trinidad as well.
Trinidad one of the fearless fighters I ve.known. He fought anyone even move up in weights.
I put vintage Roy Jones up there with Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, Marvelous Marvin Hagler & Floyd Mayweather
Sugar Ray Robinson is by himself the greatest boxing machine
I definitely agree
He'd destroy Mayweather before moving up weight classes.
Prime RJJ was a baaaaaaaad man
Vintage Roy in the 90's was unbeatable.
Watched Roy growing up and still love watching him fight. Sometimes I forget how good he really was. Thanks Champ
They were both washed up at that point.
I like to go back to remember. He was one of a kind. His blitz jab and blitz 1-2 jab left or jab hook 2 da body was perfect. Reminds me technical karate point fighters. Age really killed his game, though, badly as I thought tyson beat him in their sparring match.
A middle weight Fighting against a welterweight just like Hopkins vs delahoya
It just doesn’t make any sense
Jones took that fight at 39 because he knew he was too big for tito. You can tell, he took tito's big shots like nothing.
Roy Jones is legendary boxer! All class!
Yall say Ali and Mayweather I say Roy Jones Jr because of his ❤ and willingness to fight the best by changing weight classes think about it ❤
Sugar Ray Robinson 🥊
Along with Oscar De La Hoya these two guys Roy and Tito were my 3 favorite boxers from the mid 90's through the early to mid 2000's. Watched every one of the championship ppv bouts. Bonafide legends and hall of famers 🥊❤️
Masterpiece ever. Great
Legends !
The Pride of Pensacola🥊🔥
*Ayatollah of Pensacola
It wasn't that tito was that bad but rjj was that good...
Weight classes for a reason. Roy is a natural super middle felix best days were at 147/154
The respect at the end of the match 💪🏾
Most people dont understand how exhausting boxing is both were good fighters!
Plus Roy was just a genuine nice guy.
The great * Roy it was excellent watching his skills
Born in 2000… This was spectacular Roy Jones to me lol
That was a thorough beat down
@@Warokanji💯
That was class 🎉🎉 Jones Jr
Roy was 39 and Felix 35 I think. Roy was at the end of his career but you could see his skill as he counter punched off the ropes. He could still step over and punch, jump in with hooks, and land lead rights. Roy”s defense was hard to penetrate and he had to be in great shape to take those body shots and not fade in the later rounds. The guy he beat, Felix Trinidad, was one of the all time greats. Great fight.
😅😊
Yeah, Roy and like many older boxers let their skills and muscle memory do the work. That stuff never leaves you, no matter how old you are.
Tito was punishing Roy with them body shots just didn't have enough power to really hurt him
Why the hell are any of you taking this bullshit fight seriously?
RJ taking an easy one against a smaller semi retired ex welterweight that was only there for the money.
Tito's move to this weight class was a big mistake. Should have stayed at Welterweight.
Trinidad woulda ko roy if this prime Trinidad circa joppy
@@___Anakin.Skywalker😂
@@___Anakin.Skywalker🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@___Anakin.Skywalker Trinidad would still be whooped. If a passed prime Roy made him look like an amateur, how much more a prime version of Roy. Trinidad would never make it the 12 round.
@@jay_dave8722 Trinidad is severely degraded in this fight and was vastly different from the absolute prime Tito Trinidad who sonned Joppy
Tito.
Both fought well past their primes
This was definitely past his prime. No way he lasts that long against Prime Roy. They ran from this man.
One of the best... not just about winning belts but how he did it...🥊
Roy Jones To heavy and strong for him
Roy was already aged here.
And was puttin in work So was tito
Prime Roy dispatches Trinidad within 5 rounds
Still an exciting fight.
Way passed their primes but it was still a good fight.
Understandable this is not his weight class
Is this the second Fight
That fight was so uneven! Roy Jones was a semi heavy weight vs Trinidad, a much lower division.
Pretty interesting fight. Unusual dynamic.
Clash of styles two greats
Man tito has no head movement he was a great fighter but when he fought Hopkins and jones he was badly exposed also he fought winky writh and de la hoya
Tito clearly lacked defensive skills and footwork as you mentioned - especially with Winky Wright completely dismantling him with endless jabs . . .
Too bad we never saw a rematch with James Toney
A left hook battle !
Jones at 39 was still impressive
This fight was bS. It was just a payday for both of them.
Tito’s strategy was to make Roy Jones drop his hands to open up shots to the head. Thats why he kept going at RJJs belt. It was a decent strategy but RJJ was ready for it.
I don't like that ref every time Roy cranks up he grabs him
Roy. Jones. Interesting. Holds. My. Attention
RJJ dodged nobody. He was amazing! He was the best because he beat the best when there were many great fighters
Jones tagged him repeatedly all fight
Este Roy está loco, y esos meneos ? Está peleando con un hombre. Tito Trinidad.
Tito was retire like for 3 years ..and Jones to big to strong ..Tito was a beast in 147, 155 💪🏻💪🏻 the best..
How about a prime Jones vs prime Marciano at an agreed upon weight?
Tito shoulda stayed at welterweight
Tito needed milk, not mofongo.
Q paseo le pegaron a tito😂
I thought this an old video but Roy still ok
Boxers from different weight levels. Jones bigger and higher weight level boxer. This match shouldn't have happened.
Natural light heaviweight vs natural Weterweight
45 fights 35 ko. I don't think that's overrated.
Trinidad was outgunned by Jones, he didn't have the power to hurt RJJ.
Rick Ross big ass in the crowd
R 4, Roy just starts to play.
Jones toyed with Tito throughout the entire bout
What a fight. Jones too big
NAH Jones Jr wasnt juicing NOOOOOOOoo
ROY style needs speed and Agility, when he got older speed and agility gone that's why hes not effective anymore.
Roy sparring
Trinidad is the rat and jones is the cat 😁
Prime Hearns vs prime Jones?
Tommy hearns
Roy was untouchable in his prime!!
He would a killed Trinidad in 01 or 02!
Tito was such a cheap fighter. Never seen a boxer get away with that many low blows. It bothered Roy. He probably would have koed Tito early if Little Roy was not a walking eight count.Little head was just rattled. Got a head ache. Roy and Vargas probably could not have kids after that. Pedroza was bad, but Tito was a next level nut knocker. Played goalie in hockey before and got hit in the can five times in warm up and could hardly stop a puck till the middle of the second period. Flinch. Pedroza had style. He would hit you low with a bolo punch.
Roy was in a higher weight class jr middleweight against a welterweight 👎
Jones Jr is the greatest boxer of all time
He was water
In your mind 😜
@@yaderblen2890 my mind is sound
Tito was always slow, imagine going up fat
