Malaysian holiday Part One "Hotel from Hell" full from my holiday Vlog Series (Please read below)

I head off to Malaysia, I go to many different places, meet many people and monkeys, but have a disaster in the beginning staying at "Hotel from Hell" very bad mould problem and have had chest issues ever since returning.
To be clear, this is classed at "Suites" for people to understand Hotel is what people recognize.
I did not include I had to pay in cash first, then the main guy had to go through WatsApp then was given another number to another guy these guys are from Bangladesh(Nothing against the nationality) but it important who I was dealing with not Malaysian.
We asked for a receipt (Very important) at least have to take a photo as evidence anywhere you go.
I have looked into reviews of this place many bad reviews of cleanliness just like ours insect infestation and scams.
The"Hotel" suites have had many bad reviews and we are not the only one.
Some of the customers walked away from the full week just like us because of the mould and uncleaned bed towels and much more.
Before we left we still had 5 days booked, we asked for our money back they would not give it.
These people need to be called out and the Malaysian government needs to crack down on these "Hotel" "SCAMS"
This needs to be shared.
I did apply under insurance for loss of money during the holiday under emergency (Health and safety) with proof provided as in this video.
I suggest everyone do the same, insurance will try to knock you back the first time, provide the proof and we were going to escalate the complaint further to overseas HQ.
