This is Great, Billy. Keep up the good working on converting those Flattrackers over to the Fun Side of Racing! Hope to see you and Geoff this Fall, at the Big White Place. See Ya Drew Gatewood
Really good to see the progression through the sessions from tentatively riding round to attacking the bends and getting the back round. Really enjoyed, will watch again.
Impressive learning curve. I wonder how the Shawn McConnell poster and decals got posted right where the camera was aiming near the beginning of the video.
Took my riders test right here at IMS after track was rutted out after Wens. night race here. Bruce Penhall and Gene Woods both told me I would wreck caused I had only been out to dry lake a few times. Did wreck 3 times but ref gave me one more shot where I grabbed a lot more throttle and did pass my test. Ha.

If you can ride Mile Flat Track on the big twins at 140mph, draft then pass on the straights, you are super talented and fearless. Speedway is probably slower than what he is used to.
Never seen anyone adapt to a speedway bike so fast, and so good! Very impressive!
That person thinks that speedway is all about drifting
Are you kidding?!? He has no clue on a speedway bike! 🙄
This is Great, Billy.

Billy "The Bullet" Hamill good job , a great rider , a great man , a great coach . Maybe one day I'll see you in Poland
I used to live a few miles from the Alf Hagon store in Leyton, England. I also was a regular at nearby Hackney Speedway for a few years. Great times.
I wish we had more places to race in the Midwest. Perhaps I need to move to CA ..
Awesome Job Sammy ! Clearly bulk talent there ! looked classy as !
Wow !. Very impressive. This guy is natural !!!
Impressive learning curve. I wonder how the Shawn McConnell poster and decals got posted right where the camera was aiming near the beginning of the video.

Wow that looks like fun. Have never tried speedway but those bikes sound angry. He did well compared to other beginners I've been watching.

natural great stuff
Never knew they done this in the US, thought it was just europe. That track is really small though :L
SKILLS
It’s not all about drifting
he said that...
Very impressive Grasshopper.
👌👏👍
yes, no brakes
I rode a speedway bike once, a Weslake Mk4, no thank you...
He’s keeping the throttle shut to much
I'm sure Anthony Webster that you could do so much better! Perhaps you should reach out to Sammy and see if he needs a riding coach.
Id say the track looks too dry, needs some water on that shit,
He no speedway rider as go back to something else.
