Cant wait to visit your restaurant when i travel to UK. Really appreciate the passion, consciousness, and appreciation to the ingredients you guys showcase in your videos and restaurant
I live in Exeter and was lucky enough to have some of the bluefin tuna landed at brixham in October of 2022. More people need to know about fish and the importance of sustainable fishing. Good fish should be for everyone and it can be if only we learn more about it. Great video!
this is so interesting to see in the context of another country. I only really know US fisheries management, so it's interesting to see how it goes in other areas, especially since gill nets are illegal here but seemingly not in Britian. that lobster at 18:31 would be illegal to take in the US since it exceeds the size limit and must be put back

Same here. Fallow is definitely on my "to visit" list when I finally get down to London.
Once again it is so good to see the consideration from all involved in seeing the food get from the sea to the plate. A very informative video again!

Blows my mind how this only has 800 views…
Called it a bit early 😂
Another great video.
Really good and interesting video. Must get to Fallow one day. Shame that octopus has dried up.
