Force the hit. Finally someone said it. 500kg is perfectly balanced it doesn’t need a buff. When a BT is about 30 meters away, throw the 500 at your feet and run. By the time the 3 seconds is up the BT will be standing right over where you called in the 500. If there is complex stratagem plotting and the cooldown is 5 seconds, then do the same thing but when the BT is 50m away.
Do you play D9? You dont have enough control of the battlefields to 'force' the hit all the time or even the majority of the time Yes, you can do it, but thinking its just that easy is silly when theres 5 other chargers and 30 hunters out there.

There’s something to be said for working your way towards not having to stick to exact formulaic distances, and just practicing on 7 through 9 and getting a feel for it. That way you can predict titans’ movements and strike them accurately with Precision and 500kg at any time, varying your timing and distance according to instinct even while allowing for a call-in time modifier. To do that in the most chaotic conditions at 9, you really just have to train it into a reflex.

Both stratagems are a solid pick for anti tank shenanigans. I generally run the 500kg with a gas strike, since the eagle is my anti tank and the gas is my horde clear. Yes, I generally hate running more than 1 eagle due to the added micro management. You get into situations where you don't have what you need when you need it.
While they both do the same thing, OPS is a bit less reliable as direct hit on the back of the titan will not kill it (same for 500 kg but it comes down from much better angle) so i usually try to land OPS a bit to the side of the titan, like a meter or two away
New video I'm showing people when they say 500 is useless against titans, nice work. On a side note orbital precision strike 500kg and flamethrower is absolutely insane on bugs eosecially now that fire works in teams
If you know the relative speed of bile titans, you can throw a 500kg at your feet while you're running from it and it has the same effect. Sometimes much easier when a whole hoard is chasing than dancing around its feet.
My very first titan kill was with an orbital precision strike. Hands down one of the best throws I've ever had. The thing had no idea I was there and I threw it from about 40-50 meters
Saw a video like this, but the dude's strat was to run under the titan, drop the stratagem underneath and come out behind his back. Yeah, it forces the enormously long 180 spin and a 100% reliable hit, but it generally doesn't work if a horde is there.
i accidently found out it one shots titans yesterday doing the dark fluid mission. ever since then ive been thinking how fumy it was they gave us the gem of a strat right off the bat.
It's important to note that the bile titan gets dmg reduction during its spit, so you do need to force a melee attack or use explosives on its soft underbelly to remove its ability to spit attack.
note that at 5:12 you wouldn't normally be able to kill an uninjured bile titan, because it's a too forward, it kills it here because it's already injured. You need to aim the bomb at mid to tail.
You’ve seen good results from the cluster bomb?😅😅 I rank that one with the mortar sentry and arc thrower in the “This guy will kill more friendlies than bugs” category lmao

In my loadout I always have the 500kg, the precision strike and the orbital laser, plus a flmaethrower or a quasar cannon. However, for me... the hunters are the real pain the butt... the guys hit you with their claws pretty fast and jump around, staggering you and killing you quick... so you either have to prioritize short-term survival over killing the giant monster which can also one-shot you.... I start to stress out as I find myself alone and surrounded by enemies, while my team of randons are either farming samples or just not providing support... or killing me with their stratagems... it is co-op but the "co" is the most complex aspect of it. There is also the random dude that wants to roleplay as the bad guy and kills you or stuns you out of sheer joy of upsetting you ... or the team... while he calls for extraction while we are doing all the missions... Yesterday for example, out of 5 instances, I was killed in two, got my weapons taken and then kicked out of the party ... I was like... ok... I mean, it is expected to find an asshole once but twice is kind of weird... so the last time it happened I just got offline... out of those 5 times, I was killed two times constantly by teammates' stratagems thrown too close to my position... when I was in the thick of combat protecting someone, providing shotgun support so that the person can run away from hordes or throw their stratagem just to get killed by a third one that is doing nothing... They should implement a karma system... but I know they won't do it because it is not easy to implement and handle... specially because you can kill someone by accident...like shotgunning hordes and someone just runs in front of your shots... and they get burned alive as I used the incendiary one against the bugs.

I usually just call it "kiting", like back from MMO / WoW days. It's so easy to Precision Titans. People always tell my nice shot for them, but it really just takes practice on how to manipulate them around terrain, and timing it for the call-in time.
ty, my main strat was the 22m range that they spit at, but it doesn't work if the sac is shot out, and the range seems inconsistent. ty for the strat, liberty speed your step
Hey, for the 500kg you did end up taking damage. Your shield gen covered whatever damage the 500kg would’ve done as it dissipated. Any clarification on how to stay near it without taking damage?
Ppl really do sleep on precision strike just because it's the 1st strategem you get. The explosiveness is strong enough to clear even a pair of bile if you land it right between 2 of them, and the short cooldown makes it so you dont feel too hampered missing or just using it for a small horde. Only real downsides compared to railcannon is it's reliability (especially on orbital scatter) but with practice it's deadly for dealing with biles
Other than the shield pack saving you from the 500kg damage, everything you’re saying is spot on. The more ppl who have the knowledge to play efficiently the better.
I wish I would have made the video without the shield, it wasn't necessary whatsoever, just didn't think about it being a factor. You can see I am not using the shield when I take down the two BTs in the level 9 later in the video, and I usually do not take the shield in my loadouts.
I stopped using the precision strike because even after i distracted the bile titan to stay in place, the precision airstrike would miss the marker by more than 10 meters and do nothing.
Railcannon = 4 minutes cooldown -sometimes doesnt even kill the Titan Precision Strike = 90 seconds cooldown -takes planning but is a reliable 1 shot Should they buff the Railcannon to be 3 minute cooldown and do more damage 🤔
I will say, there are plenty of times I've landed a 500kg on a titan and hes still standing. Usually opens up the armor and a nade gets it done but not always a 1 hit even if you land the shot.
I've adjusted things so upcoming videos should be better. Still churning through some older footage so could be a mixed bag for a minute so bear with me. Finding the right codec and rates is something I'm still working through. I'm aware it's an issue and definitely something I want to improve across all recordings and streams.
I tend to prefer 500s for simplicity, have to be less accurate with them, but can consistently oneshot with either. I use ops when I want to run another eagle.
Dancing around is probably the hardest thing to do for these kinds of maneuvers, especially when there are a few charges around you (and chaffs). But yes, I have landed precisions on Titans more so than KGs. The success rate is just not that high.
I use the 500 all the time on Titans, I usually rely on my ability to aim well but have recently been taunting them to get a better shot. Never the Precision cuz it's a bit too precise, I do take it all the time vs bots instead of the 500.
Thank you for explaining this. I appreciate any and all info for this game as a ps5 player. Getting rid of ps5 at sometime though. Question: will the orbital stick to the titan if I throw it directly on it?
I like how your saying "aim your throws you fools" without saying it. feels like the 90s with everyone trying to fire pistols sideways gangster style then complain the gun is shit because they didn't hit anything all over again 😂
Huh, I definitely watched a bile titan survive a direct hit from an orbital precision and stopped bringing it, but… Maybe it was lag or a bug or something, cause it clearly works just fine. i’ll give it another shot
Funny enough, the stun grenades stun duration lasts exactly as long it takes to call in a precision strike, making it an extremely potent combo for hulks and chargers!

Good info. I've got to try this!
mad skills im about to try this next bug major order run.
"cookie-jar bait" is terminology I'm going to have to use more often
His reach is sus af
Just a reminder, that baiting Titan’s melee attack is a bit dangerous for non-host players because of latency.
I stopped using the precision strike because even after i distracted the bile titan to stay in place, the precision airstrike would miss the marker by more than 10 meters and do nothing.
Railcannon = 4 minutes cooldown
-sometimes doesnt even kill the Titan
Precision Strike = 90 seconds cooldown
-takes planning but is a reliable 1 shot
Should they buff the Railcannon to be 3 minute cooldown and do more damage 🤔
So the Titan always leads with its right claw, never it's left?
Is that true for de-sacked Titans as well?
Yes. And de-sacked titans never spit 😉
The best bio titan killing tool on your belt is the resupply if you can land it.
I will say, there are plenty of times I've landed a 500kg on a titan and hes still standing. Usually opens up the armor and a nade gets it done but not always a 1 hit even if you land the shot.
couild you record in higher bitrate? youtube abolishes the quality
I've adjusted things so upcoming videos should be better. Still churning through some older footage so could be a mixed bag for a minute so bear with me. Finding the right codec and rates is something I'm still working through. I'm aware it's an issue and definitely something I want to improve across all recordings and streams.
@@DrauulGaming that's great to hear, thanks
I tend to prefer 500s for simplicity, have to be less accurate with them, but can consistently oneshot with either. I use ops when I want to run another eagle.
I think it’s the placement sometimes that I miscalculated
Insane!
Is it me or do chargers and bile titans seem easier in difficulties lower than Suicide?
How bout precision orbital strike and railgun orbital strike?
It will not stick.
Nice work really…you just got a new sub 👍+1…thanks for sharing it will reflect in you next war bond 💸
