The fact he went right back to third place after winning just seems universally correct for some reason.
meltdown coins are INSANE, you guys did so well in the first seven games but only doing bad in meltdown then missing out on dodgebolt is rough, you all out performed though, extremely proud :)
To be fair, its not because it’s meltdown, it’s because it was the final game
@@BananaWasTaken yeah, but meltdown has a lot do it with it as, their team would have been very strong in buildmart, while 3 /4 of the member don't even know the game in meltdown.

I love Jordan and think he's a great runner, but he chokes really hard whenever he hunts. I don't know if it's just because he's not used to hunting in the actual tournament or if he just stresses himself out too much.

@@redman_10t39 What do you mean, he usually performs way better as a hunter. This event was one of the two exceptions where he didn't catch every single person, and he has hunted a lot. He's had multiple instances where he hunted just amazingly and most of the time, outperforms the enemy hunter.

I kind of assumed it was a joke, but he changed it

I notice Jordan have been improving and getting better in mcc like he is a much better runner in parkour tag, they did relatively well in sky battle.
I think one of the main reason why meltdown was perform badly for them is because there is no leadership and there are some miscommunication within the team, also there are three players that have not played meltdown before.
Honestly none of them have good experience in that game. Jordan was carried the last time he played
Gotta be one of the best Grid Runners I’ve seen- smooth coms and just general good instinct.
I watched this live. Grid Runners and Sky Battles was amazing. Unfortunately, they had a literal MELTDOWN at the end.
However, the team, over all, was amazing and blended together perfectly.
I was kinda disappointed Hole in the Wall wasn't in this one. It is my favorite.

Sands of Time is just a fun game. even if you lose. meltdown is just...not.
it was a heartbreaking last game but you guys crushed it all tournament. you should be very proud of yourselves.
If anything this proves that dungeon crawlers are better than shooters.
Honestly one of my fave Jardoon teams so far. Loved the vibes, and it was unfortunate about Meltdown, but hey! Glad to see Jardoon oozing with that post-win confidence for once!

This is the first MCC I haven't watched live since 2020, I felt too sick, but thankfully, Jordan uploaded the vod the very next day, I appreciate that.
I must admit I underestimated this team, I thought they would finish around the 5th place. I'm glad to have been proven wrong, though, it was a pleasure to see them surpassing expectations and staying first for so long.
I remember the MCC subreddit saying that purple is very likely to win. Orange didn't seem so strong. Blue bats might have actually gone to dodgebolt if it wasn't for red getting a different player last minute, Zeuz is a lot more experienced than Ethan, and blue might have finished second if Ethan wasn't replaced.
I feel like this was a repeat of MCC 18 - Jordan gets teamed with Sneegsnag, they're predicted low, but pop off, but another team gets a stronger player for a replacement (Ethan -> Zeuz, Ryguy -> Fundy), ends up making it to dodgebolt, causing Jordan and Sneeg's team to be in third, but then loses anyway.
I loved the elevator easter egg, I hope they do this again. And it was nice seeing Jordan keep his crown from last MCC throughout the breaks and the voting.
It was so nice watching Jordan get 6th in Ace Race, on a new map too, I'm proud of him. He beat SB too, who is considered one of the top Ace Race players. The four laps caught me off-guard as well, but it was very satisfying watching Jordan quickly learn to improve his path with each lap and getting shorter and shorter times.
He also never left top 10 individual, and he's been getting quite high placements in Season 2 recently, I'm very happy to see it!
The Grid Runners game was amazing, just watching the results in chat say "Your team completed 'x room' in [1st] place" over and over, it was a great feeling. The Sewer was solved _extremely_ fast, fantastic job!
With TGTTOS, Jordan finished Tunnel 2 4th and said "that's not great", excuse me? That's amazing, I'm pretty sure that's his best for Tunnel 2.
They did talk about practising, but I don't remember there being any practise streams, did they just not record it? It's unusual, because Jordan has put up at least one practice vod before the last, like, at least 10 MCCs.
It's sad to see how Meltdown screwed them over. I feel like it might have been partially caused by Sneeg being overly ambitious. His confidence did help them a lot in Skybattle, he got many kills that boosted their score, but I feel like he was trying to be _too_ independent in Meltdown. He went off by himself to fight other teams and often didn't communicate that. It did work in Skybattle, but it's much more important to stick together in Meltdown than it is in Skybattle. It seemed like it was unclear whether it was SB or Sneeg who was the leader in Meltdown, they both tried to dominate at certain points, like the last round.
I'm happy that Quig won, he really deserved it, being an amazing player and not yet getting a win in Season 2. But I didn't want IntheLittleWood to win, he said that he wished Jordan stayed as the "longest loser", I was hoping ITLW could enjoy this position longer before he could get rid of it, just to experience what Jordan was feeling. Like a few more MCCs.

@@efrixa2587 still, no point complaining about the comments. They’re there to comment on the video. Complain to TH-cam for deciding to put the top comment there (although considering how they chose to remove dislikes, there’s pretty much no chance they’ll listen). Or if you know that the top comment is going to be at the top of the video, and the video is of a competition, use common sense and consider the possibility the top comment will mention the outcome, and then just look anywhere but the area where the top comment is always displayed.
jordan tends to be hard on himself in minecraft events but i was baffled when he placed 4th in one round of tgttos and said "4th! not great" ???? sir i just watched you do that live that was amazing

@@jetsonthevoid1614 with ace race he slipped up a few times like the very start and missing the water fall on the third lap as well as falling into the water at the turtles. To have those faults and still come in 6th by fractions of a second shows how well he can do in ace race.
With tgttos, if he stuck with his team on that one map they would have gotten 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. He did really well on those first few rounds, absolutely dominating the performance but then started to choke the moment he made one mistake. But overall he did great and deserved top 10
It's just how he reacts. Jardon could get 1st in every game except one where he gets 2nd and he would say; "2nd, not great". He's too hard on himself and just needs to be content with mid-high tier placements, they did so well this mcc(except in Meltdown lol). I don't remember the last time he was in top 10.
@@georgeeast5502 he was last top 10 in mcc 20 where he got 9th overall with 2,719 coins. Still doesn't discredit this one, he did really well here, even on a team that was predicted 9th/10th place

All things considered, I'm super happy with how this MCC turned out. Cap got his win already. Martyn winning was so special. The dodgebolt was intense. And I'm glad Red still made it after they were down a person in Survival Games. If Red had been third by just a few points, that would have been really disappointing and more frustrating than Blue just struggling with Meltdown. I hope Cap doesn't let this get in his head too much. It was amazing seeing him play without the pressure of winning.

Meltdown was such a bad game for this team. They definitely have to nerf it. Anyway, even though the Captain's Curse came back into effect this MCC, hopefully you'll do better next MCC and maybe even win!
