I found you because I'm traveling with my bf to the Amalfi coast in 2 weeks and I was amazed by all the detailed information you gave... then I started to check on your channel and wow, this video was so good! I completely agree with you, I actually thought why did we decide to go to Amalfi anyway? I know I've seen so many stunning pictures on IG, was it for that? Then I thought, we're just dying to feel the sun on our face, have a swim in the sea and just eat infinite amounts of Italian food hahaha... at the end, it's the experience I guess. Congrats! this was the video that made me subscribe to your channel.

Thanks for your refreshing take on this. I am visiting Santorini this summer and wondering how much of that decision was based on photoshopped pictures on instagram....
I think the most important thing is to think about what experience you want, try and just let the holiday happen rather than forcing it. I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Good. It lures all the plebs to the same spots and keeps the good secret spots empty for me.

Thank you! Yes exactly, there's nothing wrong with getting 'that' picture but sometimes you miss what's around you!
