Welcome to another trail crawling adventure, and on this one, I am going to be taking the Traxxas Trx4 Cheyenne 10 High Trail and I am going to be putting it against the Creek.
It’s still stock, so let’s see how it holds.

Oh man that got deep! I started getting concerned the truck was going to float and wash away. :) -- Lovely photography, the underwater shots are really interesting.
Hi dude, there was definitely a few times when I was trying to go up the stream that it got washed away, in the last part of this Trail Adventure you will see one of the fails as I incorporated it in the video.
I'm glad you like the footage bro I tried my best to get some good angles!
But it's kind of difficult when you fighting the water and falling over the Rocky ground.
I'm glad you've enjoyed this Trail hopefully I'll still be able to get one or two more up in that location!

This is the third one I test, out of the box, in these conditions, and they have all passed the waterproof test, with flying colors!

Got to test out my FCX 10 this past Saturday first time out with it got the black Chevy. Well I have two bodies also have the brown and yellow which I rock crawl with it, the black is just for just on the road, but wow, I was really impressed, we went to a RC event here in Michigan Walters RC Park outstanding place, they even have a awesome airport for remote control planes

Os Traxxas são muitos bons menos na electrónica que está muito muito ultrapassada, parada no tempo até!
Neste momento há cada dia mais e mais marcas (Chinesas),a dar cartas e a fazer sem medos frente a Traxxas ou Axial.

This is the way we wash our truck wash our truck? 😁😁👍👍
This is normally how I get them clean in the winter, after a muddy Trail! but lately The creeks haven't been running!! I still always give them a good wash when I get home and lubricate everything again.
But I've been very impressed, that on multiple occasions, I have opened up the axles, to find no water inside!
I'm so glad we had some spring rain this year! I Just hope I get to go back, one more time, before it dries up!

What have you done to "waterproof " it for this? I know seL the wheels, but anything like dielectric grease ? Stock esc?
I read the caption see you said stock, after my comment.. I still wanna ask tho 😅
All I did was seal the vent holes on the rims and that's it!!
Besides that it is completely stock!! I haven't touched a thing on the truck, besides fitting some rock sliders in aluminum.
This is now the third Traxxas I have put to the test and none of them have failed the waterproof test!!

You can run brushed motors in clean water no problem it's when you mix sand in that it causes problem with the brushes, And Traxxas did a great design on the waterproof box that keeps the receiver dry, the ESC is also waterproof from the factory, so is the servo! The servo is too weak at times when you need it to turn under pressure and it can't! But at least their claims of it being waterproof is 100% right!
