Of course..... Asians---NOT just because they look asian or they're asian doens't mean they where born with that talent, it just means they had the DISCIPLINE to practice hard enough to get the talent they have now just Amazing.
I was about to call u stereotypical! Hehe cause every video about instruments and Asians playing them has many stereotypes commenting I hate them! It's talent not nationality 💙
I probably didn't look hard enough but I didn't notice any comments saying that they were asian... you are kinda stereotypical since this is the only comment I found about them being asian, but you have a point. Still though...
Asian_Livi7X You definitely didn't look hard enough then because i posted that comment because i saw a good amount of comments talking about how good they are because they are Asian and they where born with that talent and other stuff.
"What's going on here?" "Don't you see? It's called Love." That's the line that I'll always remember when I listen to this song. It will always touch my heart every time.
You know it's people like Joshua Chiu that make me wanna work harder and harder to become better and better right now I'm only 10 and I actually wanna do piano, acoustic guitar, and the violin but I'm only doing piano right now😥so now I'll work harder to work my way up
Me too :) but i couldn't play any music instrument and i'm already 19 i think it's almost impossible for me. But then i tried to play guitar which i slowly can follow it and i hope i'm gonna be better because i'm so motivated because of Joshua Chiu. Good luck for you :)
Rachel Lopez dude sameee, I only know piano and currently playing in marching band, and I tried to learn violin but it sounds like a dying cat, and I tried guitar but it seems so hard for me
When the violin kicks in I just break down with the feels. This guy is amazing and I wish I could read sheet music so I could play this with my flute and piano. It's pretty difficult for me, I guess I'm not naturally talented in music.
No, learning to read music is in truth learning another language. Keep practicing reading, its a skill that anyone can develop just like playing music. Its practice and devotion to your craft.
I've been trying to play this on the violin but never seem to get it. The song is fairly easy but what's missing from my playing is the vibrato; the song is not complete without the vibrato, otherwise the effect just isn't the same. Vibrato takes months to master.. Wish I got it in just one night then I'll be able to make people cry!
The English version of spirited away she remembered him in the end when she left but in the Japanese version she forgot all about the place and what happened ;-; I'm in tears hearing this now so beautiful
Watching this made me fall in love three times. Once with the piano, once with the violin and then finally it made me fall in love with the movie Spirited Away all over again.
This piece of music stirs up so many emotions at once.... I don't know whether to feel sad or at peace. But seriously, Spirited Away was one of the best movies I've watched. Great cover also!
I finally found this video years later as an adult omg! I love this cover so much! The discipline and dedication you two have! This touches my heart so damn much. 💓
Would you be able to share a link to the sheets? I have an upcoming rehearsal and this sounded so beautiful and caught my attention the second I clicked onto this video, I play the violin by the way~
wow... the amount of color I can hearrrr is amazing :') I did this cover on my oboe and its not nearly as musical :c One day I believe (: Thank you. haha
Keep coming back to this... they are two very talented young men, which I only hope are still playing and delighting their audiences as much as they have already through youtube! Bravo, maestros!
the moment when the violin starts, oh my god.. these tears are hard to keep in. Music really is freedom. Amazing violin and an amazing pianist. Don't ever stop ! *breaks down and cries* describe this cover with one word - breathtaking.
The piano and violin are so beautiful. You two would make Joe Hisaishi proud. One Summer's Day is the only song that has ever been able to make me cry. I just can't help it.
Everytime I listen to this, I go back to my childhood days, I can feel the music fill every inch of my body with a cold and nostalgic chill, no words can describe that feeling, so I shed a tear...
+Billy Ballsuck its not a hidden fact in the first place because after Haku and Chihiro crossed the bridge you can see the frog ladies greeting the spirits are prostitutes. It doesn't make it any less of a masterpiece.
You guys have amazing talent. I wish I could play an instrument so intimately as you do. I can sing alright (not really something I can judge for myself) but playing an instrument is such an intricate talent! Thanks for sharing, this will immediately be saved in my playlist of favorite videos
Great Duo...really looks like the original...the pianist played almost like Joe Hisaishi himself....he (Joe Hisaishi) is simply the best ... I never get tired of hearing his compositions!!!
Usually on videos like this I post something like "so many memories, I want to cry" and never really did cry. But this vid gave me legit freaking tears
Definitely. I could imagine myself lying on a meadow full of grass and the wind blowing gently. My arms stretched out and my hair all messed up x3 Thanks for the relaxing image :)
When the violin came in, I teared up.
no tears but a hair raising shiver up my spine. about as close as i get to tears nowadays
Amaliach same

Gay
Of course.....
Asians---NOT
just because they look asian or they're asian doens't mean they where born with that talent, it just means they had the DISCIPLINE to practice hard enough to get the talent they have now
just Amazing.
Exactly
I was about to call u stereotypical! Hehe cause every video about instruments and Asians playing them has many stereotypes commenting I hate them! It's talent not nationality 💙
And what is also stereotypical of most Asians.
Extreme Discipline.
The violin, the only instrument that cries.
Oh, I don't know. There's a few good wails to be pulled out of an electric guitar, too.
piano too
I’m a violinist, but I must say the saddest and prettiest melody is best produced by a cello.
Darth Raider truth
@@IceColdFires agree! I'm a violinist as well.
But cello is just so sad like on the total whole level of sadness and loneliness :(
Felt the feel of nostalgia of viewing Spirited Away when I heard this music. Very good movie.
Watching spirited away made me cry..... is it weird?
Emily Killingbeck
No it isn't.
Uhhhhhhh...... reading these comments made me cry XD

This brings back so many childhood memories the feels i cannot explain //cries
Grace Tien cries with you.. I know the feels TT ^ TT
+ヒ。ビクトリア(Tori) I Agree.
same here
I agree.
Same, nostalgia is killing me rn and I’m in my room in the dark crying because of this
"What's going on here?"
"Don't you see? It's called Love."
That's the line that I'll always remember when I listen to this song. It will always touch my heart every time.
Why would people hate this? Is it because they can't do it and they're jealous?
Yaowei Chen Probably yes, I'm jealous too, but I'm not that mean to dislike it.
It's because a lot of people hate anime for the simple reason that it's japanese and thus hate anything related to it
spirited away was so relatable for some odd reason
+telepasticNoir ikr
+telepasticNoir bRUH XD
Yeah, it touches on alot of big things like growing up and finding yourself.
LMAOOO! xD
Your boyfriend turned into a river too? That’s rough buddy.
The most nostalgia I've ever had always comes from a Ghibli soundtrack or song. Thank you Ghibli, and you guys for doing such awesome covers....
You know it's people like Joshua Chiu that make me wanna work harder and harder to become better and better right now I'm only 10 and I actually wanna do piano, acoustic guitar, and the violin but I'm only doing piano right now😥so now I'll work harder to work my way up

+naftalia amara try the ukulele
work hard and never give up!! You WILL reach your goals! plus, you're only 10, so you got a bright future
+naftalia amara It's never too late to start playing an instrument! But good luck for you on the guitar! ^_^
Rachel Lopez dude sameee, I only know piano and currently playing in marching band, and I tried to learn violin but it sounds like a dying cat, and I tried guitar but it seems so hard for me
I actually teared up..
Thanks for the motivation!
KEEP PLAYING AND YOUR WELCOME XD.
You know sometimes my friend frustrates me. We’ve played some nice songs together and he’s level 10 violin but he just doesn’t want to play anymore.
OMG THE FEELSS😩
;--; So beautiful *breaks down and crys*
I WAS ABOUT TO COMMENT THAT 😭😭
one summer's day.... the mood of the music reigns supreme in this video. It's amazing.
Eternal Konata If you practice enough, it will work out for sure! Good luck!
Eternal Konata So did you learn it yet?;)
I’m not up to that stage but when I do I know it will be a lot of pain but I’ll keep trying till I get it right
Just can't explain how beautiful the sound from the violin is. I can feel so much passion in his playing and whit accompanying the piano.

This piece of music stirs up so many emotions at once.... I don't know whether to feel sad or at peace. But seriously, Spirited Away was one of the best movies I've watched. Great cover also!

The piano and violin are so beautiful. You two would make Joe Hisaishi proud.

You just remembered this movie is about prostitution.
+Billy Ballsuck its not a hidden fact in the first place because after Haku and Chihiro crossed the bridge you can see the frog ladies greeting the spirits are prostitutes. It doesn't make it any less of a masterpiece.
+Billy Ballsuck Is it really? I thought it was just about a bathhouse?
+Jonape Endai Cabug yep thought i was the only one
Absolutely amazing. The emotion is in the room and the passion is just beautiful.
Benefits of Asian parents
You guys have amazing talent. I wish I could play an instrument so intimately as you do. I can sing alright (not really something I can judge for myself) but playing an instrument is such an intricate talent! Thanks for sharing, this will immediately be saved in my playlist of favorite videos
