The design and asthetics look stunning but how are you going to deal with the Rain water since there's a big opening in the sealing right in the middle of the house and a bedroom is located slightly below the ground level which could be flooded with rain water.
How will you deal with that ?
You can achieve the same by covering the Open Ceiling by glass or acrylic material, to provide with sunlight as well as protecting from rain water to flow inside courtyard.

the question here is that the walls of the underground rooms don't get affected by the ground water/ moisture ?
I'm genuinely asking this because we have a plot of 36*38 and we are planning to have multiple rooms just like such but we don't want to exceed to more than two storey in thr beginning (later on we would).

But one question that in raining season how would there be water clearing and how the open space be covered from the water damage??
You can go with glass covering on the top, instead of opening. It solves both issues.
Additionally have water pumps installed and design floor such that water flows in one area. For worst case situations.

I just loved it. U made it too good.. but I have doubt, bedroom no. 2 doesn't have air ventilation? What can be managed for this? And how can same plan work on 25X35?

Is it possible to get the ventilation outside of the bedrooms from 1st floor. Coz In that case I can use my extra spaces more effectively and come up with some twisted design outwardly as balcony.

What is the cost of drawing a plan like this?
If anyone wants to take their services, then plan to allot atleast 6 months for getting the plan. I've given my house planning to them. They give the plan in 3 stages. it's been 3 months, still my project is in stage 2. You should have a lot of patience as they reply to your messages nor respond to your calls.

@@samsani0099 i have consultant with them I found them good unfortunately I can't go further then first stage as our family have always think different according to there plan. But actually mr verma gave e the best advices. I want to go further but I feel bad to raise more demand always so I keep quiet till I make my demand properly.

Impressive as always.....but from the top floor bedroom balcony you can see the bedroom of just lower from it I think it was the 4th bedroom of front side....so that's not good... privacy matters even in own house because you never know who will be going to use this kind of upper room....

Please make a video of 23*43.5 sqft plot size with ground+2 floor, parking for a big size SUV car with 2-3 number two wheeler, One Hall and 4 bedrooms including one master bedroom and should be atleast 150 sqft excluding and having attached bath and toilet.
Lots of area wasted at OTS 🤔 should reduce some space there !
