The reason the "strong attack" one shotted the Brain Sucker is that it is a Kin type enemy. As such, it is markedly weak to thrusting type damage. The Holy Blade's charge attack is a thrusting move, so that is why its so effective. The leap attack with the longsword should likewise be effective; but by favorite way to deal with Brain suckers currently is the Rifle Spear, since its normal R1 combo is all thrust attacks, and it has good reach
If you doing all bosses 100% then you might as well do the chalice dungeons too since they have unique bosses and also the strongest blood gems in the game. With the hardest content too.

13:54 Okay so you need to send a prostitute to the church for shelter then talk to her, take her blood, then when she [REDACTED] follow her blood trail and kill her. Then find the crying baby and kill it, and if you don't have 3 umbilical cords by that time, go to Iosefka's clinic and kill her. Then _eat_ the three umbilical cords. The gated area in the hunter's dream is the last boss you fight.
If you don't want it to end, just play it on NG+ after you get one ending. You will see the true color of Bloodborne if you do it that way. Because you won't get some move-sets from a few bosses if you only play it on NG.
Ending 1: Accept the offer Ending 2: Refuse the offer, but do not have consumed up to 3 third umbilical cords Ending 3: Refuse the offer, you should have consumed 3 third umbilical cords, which requires saving Arianna, don't save the beggar, don't make Adella jealous (simply don't talk to her I guess). Alternatively, you must not fight Iosefka's double before she gets "sick" - only end her misery after fighting Rom, and she can't fight back. You are fine with either following the steps for saving Arianna or sparing Iosefka's double till later, as the other 2 umbilical cords are found naturally throughout the game. To take full advantage of all nice equipment/runes you will get in the DLC, you might start a second playthrough as an Arcane build. If not, right now you can explore the chalice dungeons to get the Beast Claw, which gives you permanent beasthood when combined with a certain rune you get in the DLC, which is a pretty busted effect to have (perma beast pellets). You can get easily an Uncanny version of the Beast Claw, there are tutorials for this. If you don't wanna use the claws you can still have the beast runes equipped for disgusting damage.
Normal Ending: No Final Boss Good Ending: 1 Final Humanoid Boss Best Ending/WTF Ending: 1 more boss after that humanoid boss Please go DLC first before the final boss in the main game, he will gave some special dialogue related to the DLC boss. To get the Best ending, get 3/4 items, consume it. Related to some side quest. Look up NPC side quest/umbilical Cords.
Was looking for you my guy lol. Appreciate the detailed info as always, especially toward the special dialogues! Don’t think anyone has mentioned this point yet
10:50 yes and no. it is true that most of lovecraft's great ones represent primordial fears, however that thing your fighting is an amydala. the amygdala is a part of the brain in charge of processing and storing emotions, mainly fears and traumas to allow survival. its also said that this part of the body stores fears pass down from our primitive ancestors. So yeah, its not an incorrect assumption... but the way the game tries to portray it is in a roundabout way cuz that boss is your fear incarnated. so you just defeated your fears. BRAVO.
Quick tip. Any enemy that is considered kin (squid like - alien) are very weak to thrust attacks. Including the ones you hate so much that steal your insight.
Frontier Nightmare is my least favorite area in the game. I got so lucky Amygdala in my first time fighting it. Got down to like 1 health and somehow got a heal in right as Amygdala hit, then just stood under and hammered the head and beat it. I yelled so loud after I defeated Amygdala woke the whole house up.
For the secret final boss and, I suppose best ending, you need to find and consume 3 umbilical cords before the final fight. If I remember well, you already got one umbilical cord from the abandoned workshop.
you need to find and consume 3 one third of unbilical cords before you beat the final boss. there are 4 in the game its mostly pretty easy to get them. oh yeah, some enemies like the brain sucker are weak to thrust or whatever the strong attack is. its why slashing does nothing and the thrust one shots it.
To get the best ending is simple: consume 3 Umbilical Cords before fighting the final boss (you'll notice a change in the Hunter's Dream before fighting the final boss) That's it That's all you have to do
Collect and CONSUME all 3 thirds of the umbilical cord before going into the ending. Also you have to play multiple times to get all the endings. There are 3 endings

There are 4 umbilical cords, you can miss one. There’s a few ways for you to get them. You should still be able to get all three you need. I won’t say more yet because I don’t want to give away more information than necessary
For the secret boss you have to find 3 out of 4 umbilical cords and then use them. I'm just giving you the location where you should look since it's not said in the game. BTW: Before the final boss you should do the DLC if you have it. Forbidden Woods

@squareface8572 I was joking a bit, but there's a sequence of quests that if u do it right, 2 women will get pregnant by the great ones & when they do u kill the baby & get the chords; I think at this point u've missed 1 of the quests & can't do it; but the other one is quite easy; u see, there's a secret cave in the forbidden woods that leads back to Isefka's clinic; find that. Oh & don't worry, there are 4 umbilical chords in the game so if u miss 1 u can still get the other 3; the last one u get from a boss near the end game so don't worry.

I appreciate thy wisdom. I shall go forth bearing the insight
More anatomically confusing eldritch horrors! glad to see you are trying out the DLC, hopefully you get a chance to try out the weapons added as well, cause they added a whole bunch in the DLC
plus, there's a warning that the boss at the end of the DLC is notoriously difficult for a lot of people from what ive heard, soooooo...... good luck I guess?
For me the first boss in the DLC was the hardest one.
The insights is count number is what makes you able to see the great ones
The BEST ending or the most difficult ending? The best is to wake from the nightmare. The most difficult is to get all three umbilical cords and defeat the moon presence. My main is a level 442 and I just do chalice dungeons.
And subbed. BB is my favorite Soulslike and favorite game.
Best ending is subjective and I don't wanna spoil the lore but I don't think any endings are "good"
@@McDudes best I guess as in ‘least worst’ lol
Thanks for the support and info my guy! Bloodborne really is something else
@@TrueSquareFace make sure you consume them (the 3 cords). Just having them won’t do it.
if you do a DLC before the last boss, the last boss will be very, very easy
but you have no choice to not start an NG+ if you beat the last boss
I think it's better to do the DLC on NG+
I'd like to see you actually going to the bosses since the game isnt just about the bosses
The videos are getting better and better
Thank you my guy!
Long form is def the way to go bro! We’re here for it.
Appreciate the support as always my guy! More out soon!
0:33 Most can't find this place by themselves on their first playthrough. (A notorious NPC appears here)

2:05 Nice parry.
2:13 Another nice Parry.
2:36 Gank destroyed.

3:43 Pog Vigor check.
4:05 Situational awareness is a must, constant vigilance.

5:53 Shortcut acquired.
6:28 No prob.
7:14 Great Deep Sea runes increase all of your resistances by a set amount each tier. This was the tier 2 rune so you get +100 to all resistances if you put it on.

12:29 Yes.
12:56 Unfortunate.

20:26 Gigamind eliminated.
20:44 Isn't in the know.
If you want to know if the last part for the true ending is a npc, or optional quest. I'll tell ya if you ask.
Appreciate the support and reactions as always my guy! Also, I actually would like to know lol, so if you don’t mind…
@@TrueSquareFace So for the last part while not an optional quest, is a npc and dialogue with them. (Don't worry about missing them. Almost no one does.) I can't really explain more without giving some stuff away. But if you want their name reply saying so and I'll tell ya friend.
It’s a bad day when you get jumped by 3 werewolves and a tentacle-face monster.
True
i personally really enjoy the walkthrough the levels because how couldn't you enjoy bloodbornes amazing level design
16:25 Oh yeah, he's why you were down to 25 madman's knowledge at the start.
_He eats the secrets from your brain._ Have fun with THAT nightmare.
And try to visit the forbidden woods again and discover a hidden path to get to one lf the NPCs to get an unbilical cords
Great info, thanks my guy!
The bell ringing woman appears in certain parts of the map and rings a bell that activates invasions until she is killed
If you doing all bosses 100% then you might as well do the chalice dungeons too since they have unique bosses and also the strongest blood gems in the game. With the hardest content too.
Will do so once I’m done with the main story!
@@TrueSquareFace cool :D
@@TrueSquareFaceyou should do a few before the end of the game. It won’t feel as amazing to get the high tier gems on just the chalice dungeons
Chalice dungeons are easy, the only thing hard in there is defiled amygdala every thing else I got first try. No offense.
@@TosherHaney-i5j bullshit you got the flame dog thing first try 1hp
amaizng video, yet again :)) I personally enjoy you exploring more than the boss fights, but that’s prolly because I’ve beaten the game like 5 times 😂 keep up the amazing content my guy!!
Appreciate the support as always my guy! I got you in the upcoming vids! I also like to include more of my exploring parts cuz there was a lot of “great” moments lol
im sad that ive played that game for over 1k hours to the point that it is a cakewalk to me now...id love to witness it for the first time all over again!
GGs
"Ah, I just have to hit its head! Now I know you to beat you!" ...immediately forgets what he just realized less than two seconds ago and goes back to attacking legs. This dude is the most ADD person I've ever come across and I use the internet. It's cool though. It's all part of the charm.
Love the content man, looking forward to longer form stuff!!
Thank you for the kind words my guy! I got you in the future vids!
😂 bloodborne without context be like:
Got it! Thank you my guy!
Don't you dare stop narrating, your vibe lends to the experience man
gotta love the Persona 5 soundtrack on the background
If you don't want it to end, just play it on NG+ after you get one ending.
You will see the true color of Bloodborne if you do it that way. Because you won't get some move-sets from a few bosses if you only play it on NG.
Ending 1: Accept the offer
Ending 2: Refuse the offer, but do not have consumed up to 3 third umbilical cords
Ending 3: Refuse the offer, you should have consumed 3 third umbilical cords, which requires saving Arianna, don't save the beggar, don't make Adella jealous (simply don't talk to her I guess).
Normal Ending: No Final Boss
Good Ending: 1 Final Humanoid Boss
Best Ending/WTF Ending: 1 more boss after that humanoid boss
Please go DLC first before the final boss in the main game, he will gave some special dialogue related to the DLC boss.
Letssss goooo. Good to see you as always my guy!❤
And great to see you again as well my guy! Really appreciate the continuing support! Means a lot!
So yeah, its not an incorrect assumption...
but the way the game tries to portray it is in a roundabout way
cuz that boss is your fear incarnated. so you just defeated your fears. BRAVO.
Actually great info tho. Appreciate it my guy!
15:28 Tentacle babies!
This place where they do “test” on human so they can speak with gods
For the secret final boss and, I suppose best ending, you need to find and consume 3 umbilical cords before the final fight. If I remember well, you already got one umbilical cord from the abandoned workshop.
Thank you for the info!
you need to find and consume 3 one third of unbilical cords before you beat the final boss. there are 4 in the game its mostly pretty easy to get them. oh yeah, some enemies like the brain sucker are weak to thrust or whatever the strong attack is. its why slashing does nothing and the thrust one shots it.
Appreciate the info my guy!
To get the best ending is simple: consume 3 Umbilical Cords before fighting the final boss (you'll notice a change in the Hunter's Dream before fighting the final boss)
That's it
That's all you have to do
Thank you my guy!
Collect and CONSUME all 3 thirds of the umbilical cord before going into the ending.
Also you have to play multiple times to get all the endings. There are 3 endings
Thank you for letting me know! Appreciate the info
for the secret ending you need to collect the 3 umbilical cords.
Use all the umbilical cords you pick up or have already picked up
Seek paleblood to transcend the hunt
So you know, the blue guys is actualy the kids of the orphanage that have transform from experiments of the church. The small ones are the babys. They were trying to make an old one. So you have killed all the orphanage :)
It was so frustrating how you figured out that attacking legs does not work and then proceeded to ATTACK LEGS EXCLUSIVELY XD
Btw I don’t know if you did it or not but you can go back to the hunter with the Machinegun and be friends with him or kill him to get his outfit also there is Eileen the crow too her outfit is my favorite one
You need 3 umbrellas belly cords you can get one from yogiska clinic if you talked to her and and when you go to get the invitation for Cainhurst you you will see her on a table were you kill her and there’s a prostutie at in allyway you have to tell about the church as a safe heaven then save the girl with the clinic garbs on when you get kidnapped by the guy in the right side of the church then you use the purostutes blood 3x then go underground to find another cord then I think there’s one we’re you get the doll armour which you can search up a vid on since you Cleared the area
There is 3 endings, 2 of them is by your choice 1 you need to collect items to open it
There are 4 umbilical cords, you can miss one. There’s a few ways for you to get them. You should still be able to get all three you need. I won’t say more yet because I don’t want to give away more information than necessary
Appreciate the info my guy!
Only 3 endings. Collect all the umbilical cords
Attack the windows in the alien boss room. One will shatter and open the way to a secret boss.
Appreciate the info my guy!
@@TrueSquareFace You're welcome. Have fun!
For the secret boss you have to find 3 out of 4 umbilical cords and then use them. I'm just giving you the location where you should look since it's not said in the game. BTW: Before the final boss you should do the DLC if you have it.
Forbidden Woods
Thank you so much my guy!
Find three out of four (or all four, it is possible) Umbilical cords and eat them. That’s how you get the full ending.
Appreciate the info!
U have to get the ubilical cords , 1 of them given by on of the last bosses.
Try to do all the NPCs in Cathedral ward
I feel stupid for struggling so much against the celestial emissary the first time I fought him, I legit died like 5 times against him, the only other boss that gave me that much struggle was Gascoin
I can totally see that happen tbh my guy. If you have ever played Sekiro, I died to the gimmick dragon thing more than I did to some objectively harder bosses lol
@@TrueSquareFace hell yeah, I died to that dragon more times than I'm willing to admit 😂
I loved this game a bit too much
My guy sounds like Jackie Ma from sleeping dogs 😭
Man y'all wrong letting our boy run through and not directing him to better blood gems 😭 My mans out here hittin like a wetnoodle.
quando eu jogava lembro de nunca usar a lanterna de mao, pois eu tinha certeza que ela reduzia a regeneracao de stamina em uns 5% mas nunca confirmei se era verdade ou nao, bom video!
Appreciate the support my guy! Also, I think it does. I saw a video on that subject but I still have it on because it is too dark sometimes lol
I know it’s probably late to say this but to alien type of enemies thrust attaks do more damage
Amygdala head and arm's are the weak parts.
i love the idea, make the vids longer and add in some more sound effects and stuff trust me
This game has no real good ending, all of them are sad as it can be. The one with the most requirements is the one getting at least 3 Umbilical cords and consume them before going to Gherman at the end.
Thank you for the info!
Boss rush is fun but long is better for the hardcore fans of Bloodborne we want to see how you react to the suddle things in the games bring us back ya feel
I got you in the upcoming ones! I share the same feeling and I really just don’t wanna end this game lol
@@TrueSquareFace are you going to do the DLC as well. New weapons enemies and boss fights. The guy you're using his sword Ludwig is in the old hunter's DLC.
Really nice
Hey my guy press heavy attack and up on Left analog stick at same time. It's a jump lunge attack strong ASF
Holy shit I actually don’t know about this lol. Thank you again!
Why is there a bell woman in rhe nightmare frontier?
I don't remember I had that during my playthrough
lucky. on my first playthrough she was summoning invaders and I barely found her :')
You need 2 of 3 of 1 3rd umbilical cord and fight final boss there will be 2 extra bosses 8f you did it right
Got it, thank you for the info my guy!
Oh shit you ended fight next to another secret optional boss
We start the next vid with that boss then
@@TrueSquareFace you may need to watch a walkthrough to find it. The boss is well hidden Ebrietas daughter of cosmos if you need to help finding it
You must play the cursed and defiled chalice dungeons its like you play in eazy mode now
Will do so when I finish the game!
A bit late to the game, Kin are weak to bolt and thrust. Strong against blunt. Beasts are weak to fire and serrated weapons
If you use the skulls the game will be harder
whats your favorite souls game so far?
I'm playing through ds3 r it's so good
That’s what’s coming next on this channel my guy! I’ve not doubt that game is fire
Look at the cords
Use
Bet, thank you!
You didnt unlock the ability to equip ruins and its crazy that you watching fightingcowboys video and dont see that you missing something
I’d think I did unless it’s not the same thing that you are talking about. I equipped the rune that give me more healing, heal me when I visceral attack and a max hp one I think
For the true ending u need to consume 3 umbilical chords;
For the umbilical chords u need to find the source of the dream;
& impregnate 2 women.
I'll leave it at thatXD
Got it! Thank you for the info my guy and wtf on the last part lol
@squareface8572 I was joking a bit, but there's a sequence of quests that if u do it right, 2 women will get pregnant by the great ones & when they do u kill the baby & get the chords;
I think at this point u've missed 1 of the quests & can't do it; but the other one is quite easy; u see, there's a secret cave in the forbidden woods that leads back to Isefka's clinic; find that.
Oh & don't worry, there are 4 umbilical chords in the game so if u miss 1 u can still get the other 3; the last one u get from a boss near the end game so don't worry.
was the taco bell good?
Meh… it’s Taco Bell you know
u gotta play NIOH bro plzzzzz
Those guys that suck u, use stabbing attacks like ur ludeig holy blade untransformed r2
There is no good endings... only a worst ending. Its Miyazaki and H.P. Lovecraft after all.... But the most rewarding ending, from a gamers perspective, is to cling on to your life at any cost. And commit infanticide and eat the innards. Hint hint 🧐🧐🧐
Appreciate the tip and god damn this game is dark lol
