Update: 03.05.21: FYI I have been told that the refill is not magnetic, and is poorly glued to the plastic compact. This is extremely disappointing and obviously is something to consider, especially when you’re paying the “Hermes price tag”. Previous update: I wore the lip balm and blush for 7 hours: the blush lasted fine and still looked very smooth. The lip balm had completely dried down, didn’t feel very hydrated but more of a comfortable matte. The lip balm colour also remained on my lips like a pretty stain. Other details: Blush ingredients - Talc is the second highest ingredient in the list, and it also has parfum (fragrance) 13th on the list. FYI. I said the Hermes Lip Enhancer was more expensive than the Dior Lip Glow, but I didn’t compare the weight. The Dior at £28 is 3.5g and the Hermes at £58 is 6g. The Dior is only slightly cheaper. I have a matte lipstick and I can tell that the formula is superior than many other designer brands that I have own. From my experience I think Giorgio Armani is probably one of the best so far, but after I try Hermès it does’t fail me. I like the weight of the package it feel luxurious, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic compare to Dior or Chanel, but not yet as good as Guerlain or Louboutin. Unfortunately, I don’t wear lipstick as much as I did prior the pandemic. Regardless of what brands it will stain my mask. I shall wait until the rules of wearing masks are over then I might consider buying new lipstick again.

I am a lipstick fanatic and held off buying Hermes because of the price. Broke down and bought a limited edition (Rose Ombré). The satin formula is comfortable but I’m not a fan of the scent. I love the colourful lipstick cases. Just ordered 2 lip enhancers and the Asia limited blush even though I live in Canada. Thanks for the review, both look beautiful on you.

So appreciate your content, honesty & point of view Deborah! For the price, I'd hope it'd be amazing. But if there are comparable blushes at less prices, I'll likely pass..I'm thinking Chanel or Suqqu? I recently bought a LE Hermes Lipstick. The experience was luxury, but I must admit the satin lipstick isn't all that special or wowing me. I also have pigmentation on my darker lips, and since it's not fully opaque, my color peaks thru and makes the lipstick finish look strange. But a resounding yes to Lisa Eldridge lipsticks. They are amazing!
Chanel and Suqqu are definitely safe bets, but it also depends what kind of finish you want? I really love Hourglass blushes for that soft ‘lit from within’ glow, and they’re so flattering on the skin. I think it’s disappointing that you paid that money for a Hermes lipstick for your own lip colour to show through! Hi Mya! In honesty, I don’t have Frantic Pink, but I’ve been searching natural light swatches. I can see why you’re asking for a comparison as both shades are very similar! From what I can see, Frantic Pink is warmer than Rose Plume, as RP definitely has a bluey undertone to it. I think the Frantic Pink is also glowier than the RP, as the RP definitely has a semi matte finish. There’s a slight glow to it, but not like the FP from what I can see in the pictures. I have the Burberry Glow palettes and agree you can be seen from space! 😅 My advice is, if you have a similar shade to Rose Plume, don’t get it, it’s really not that special. Yes it’s a lovely shade but not life changing, and it’s quite expensive for what it is. It could end up being a regret buy. If you want to invest in Hermes blushes, try a different shade so you don’t feel like you have two of the similar shades. Xxx
Perfect review, completely agree on the packaging and the weight to the blush, cheaply made and I don’t think the blush is remarkable in anyway compared to other high end blushes, I did however really like the balm and the brush. Just subscribed 👍

The refills for that cheap plastic compact are glued in not magnetized. So you still have to contend with glue and finding a way to keep the refill in the compact---NOT WORTH IT...overpriced on all fronts.
