The thing about hair patches is,
1. it should not be used on a daily basis otherwise it is bound to increase your bald spots. Because it pulls on the same hairline, where you are having thinning and also will increase the sweat production.
SO GOOD FOR OCASSIONAL USE.
It's almost like using makeup, we love them, bt we also know using makeup everyday will harm our skin in long run.
This is also applicable for hair styling, blow drying, etc.
2. You should look better with hair patches , not different. If you have moderate hair on your head, the patches should be put in a way, that would enhance your look, not make you look absolutely different.

When the title of the video says cover bald spot but the model in the video has a full head of thick and healthy hair ;-)
This seems to be very nice in the video. She has got good amount of hair. The cover up patches blend well with her hair.
I have a little thinning in the front but these patches really do not work. The clip part comes up over my hair
Very expensive for one small piece it said 19 euros but took 50 euros at shipping, plus said i may have to pay more on delivery, just found the same on amazone for 20 euros, 24 euros for shipping
