  • In my daily life, I'm surrounded by constant stimulation and distractions from technology and everyday tasks, leaving me feeling overwhelmed. To manage this, I try to reduce screen time and embrace moments of quiet reflection and connection with nature. Practicing mindful habits such as meditation, long walks, and limiting headphone use helps me create balance and stay present in the moment. Decluttering my home and establishing tech-free morning and evening routines provide a sanctuary from digital noise and improve my sleep and overall well-being. I take charge of my own self-care journey by prioritizing relaxation and creating peaceful environments. By doing so, I can manage stress and achieve a sense of peace and clarity.
