Maganda sya pero ang liit ng master bedroom tapos ang liliit ng wardrobe ng bawat bedroom as in hindi proportion sa size ng bawat room. Para syang cabinet para sa mga bata or pang boarding house lang.
Ang galing talagang presenter ni Sir Dean hindi napapagod magpaliwanag kahit sya magpabalik balik. At madahan kung kumilos at magpaliwanag very refine personslity. Yung ibang house vlogger pati tunog ng paa dinig na dinig mo parang gusto ng gibain ang hagdan. Sana Sir Dean dalasan nyo nman po ang pag gawa ng video.
Since the house is multi-level and for an extra cost the seller could have added an elevator. Not just for the sake of the elderly or future occupants with deteriorating knees or foot problems, but as ANOTHER OPTION of navigating the house instead of using the hiking stairs.
I must say this is one of the most gorgeous houses you've featured on the show at the right price na hindi talaga tinipid yong mga element sa materials and mga gamit. At bagay yong height kay Sir Dino ha at sa kanyang dating. it's like he's touring his own house for us ---as usual Sir Dino, your tour is as natural as we gosh ourselves for having it as our own even more!!! Love it 🤩🤩🤩!!!
Kaya masarap panoorin ang homescape. Maliit o malaki ang bahay, nilalagay ang dimensions ng bawat parte ng bahay. Pati details kumpleto pag sobrang mahal. Seryoso talaga sina dean sa ginagawa nilang presentation at selling. Ibang seller bahala na system parang di alam ang ginagawa.
Ganda talaga ng house. Pero the garage and sidewalk with those cobblestones are slippery when wet. Its impractical and it invites accidents. Change it. There's an electricity outlet sa pool area that can get wet specially when it rains. Lastly, this house did not consider a PWD needs.

Its quite over priced for a semi furnished house...for precaution purposes, any suggestion how can we install a short fence around the pool area as we have a baby coming up very soon....What is the travel time from that place to Edsa Shangrila? And lastly I am thinking or I dont want to think rather thar after sometime hindi ko kaya umakyat ng hagdan 😅

Siraulo yung nagdesign ng bahay na ito. Naglagay pa ng narra door with kamagong accent tapos ang laki ng butas sa may dining area. 😂 Ah, may accordion type door pala na tempered glass and high grade powdered aluminum frame. 😜

Ang laki tignan ng bahay tapos malaki pa ata ang sukat ng banyo sa living area.. Tapos puro hagdan😅😅😅..

Sorry dean details of the haus not inspiring, puro stairs ang nakita ko. The cabinet on the last room impedes the flow of the a/c.
