Even the bedrooms and living spaces have their own unique style, design, and finishing. The workmanship is also of top quality. For me, this is the best you have shown, reasonably priced. What caught my attention was the natural tiled stone frm 1st floor going up the stairs. A wow factor!!!!
Few comments though, no walk in pantry ,no food disposal (In-sink erator), no dishwasher (not available in the Phils. yet?)
Is this gated community? Any HOA monthly fees? If so, how much?

I saw this property earlier from other realtor and the design is really admirable, inside and outside. With the asking price, this property is just worth it. Only few properties are design with much of add-on and most are only basic and boring accents. However, I regret that the minimum 2 meters side setback is not maintained.

i love how you explained every detail of the house and yung pagpost ng floor plan, this is my Dream House design na, and yung movie room pwee ko syang iconvert into a guest room if ever heheheh.. isa lang talaga ang hndi ko nagustuhan and please don't take it negatively,, bakit hndi mo binbalik sa pagkakasara ung mga pinto ng cabinets, may napanood din akong isang video mo dun sa bungalow type house may mga hndi krin sinara ng pinto and cabinet hahahhaha...sobrang OC ko lang cguro pgdting sa ganung bagay pero other than that your really did a great job in presenting the house.

I really like the placement of the CCTV monitors sa may kusina at sa masters bedroom. Very nice. Unlike in some houses where some wise guys hide the monitor(singular) inside a small room.

no serious issues, well made, great attention to detail. though too much personalization, this feels like looking at someone's home and into owner's personality.
all rooms lack a decently sized window especially the master bedroom. not a window to the garage. powder room is possible with a window. lanai feels like a room as it also has huge walls on both sides, sana may large openings, natural air on both sides.
16:07 wished this floor stretches in between the two glass windows for one huge and real family/activity area on the second floor.

I've seen this house before and I am not sure if it is this video or was it fro another realtor? One of the best house I've seen although the covered lanai looks more like a room and there is no problem to that. What I was wondering then, and even now, is why do they need to put clothes drying rods or sampayan in the dirty kitchen when there is a long ro at the side of the house.. Plus the ones at the dirty kitchen needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent oil build up which may be transferred to the garment. Removable naman siya pero I am just curious what the architect or owner put one there.
A very nice house especially the CCTV monitor in the kitchen area and master bedroom. I've seen houses with CCTV monitors hidden in a small room the owners and occupants are not expected to go into. I know I wouldn't want to go inside s small room which is likely to be used as stock room to view the CCTV so this one is nice.
