To use the modded textures they must be copied across to the relevant mod folders then edit the mod_tileset.json for each to include Ultica as a compatible tileset, I can't guarantee results however this is just how I got the two sets to work for the series.

The you cant enter the Car (seats) is a known bug that you can fix your self: CDDA\data\json\vehicleparts > vehicle_parts.json and here look for the Bed and add 25L to the "Bed" AND edit seats.json and add 25L to the 3 seats, "size" is the value
the line should look like :
"size": "125 L"
just back the two json Files up bevorehand and afterwards, (every update of the game overwrites them).
The Reason is:
the way bodyvolume got calculated got changed to be more realistic and nolonger utterly arbitrary buuuuut noone changed the volume for the vihicle seats~
Now you can save prototype cyborgs and you also have enough gas masks to rescue the prisioners from the Mi Go tower. Lots of options...

I think those are floating towers, you can see a little peg on the floor under the shadow of the tower, maybe a peg that works as a anchor of some sort.
You can actuallt make the magic circle through Building menu. You will need rather high practical magic skill, which can be trained through reading of scrolls and spell books

The car thing is like in IRL if you have a full back pack on you can not get in to the driving seat as you are to wide if you take it off and put it into the car you will be able to get in to the driving set. it looking like it is looking at your chr and seeing how full you are on stuff and see if you are taking up more volume than the driving set can have then it tell you that you can not fit just like in IRL. yes its a pian if you are trying to get away in a hurry. hope this helps.
The first tower that you went to is floating. 32:13 "You hear footsteps" coming from above.
I have no clue on how to get up there... grappling hook? Not sure.
Also, "This is a wizard tower: they got sneakers" is so funny to me! Keep up the good work!

From what I've seen grappling hooks in cdda are generally more useful going down than up. A stepladder may do the trick though.
They took away the lightning throwing power of the shockers, they aren't very scary any more

Eyo rycon, i suggest also adding a magic shop, because you didnt find one and i dont think it can spawn + it can give more opportunities for items and it can have an special npc!
honestly, if you need a higher density of magic or specific items, just change the item spawn rate on the go
you should learn to will the game into your storytelling, like take a look at the portal storms events; you could make something akin in greatness for your story

18:20 not sure if I misunderstood. They offered you 500usd worth of items as reward for the quest and you took only 1usd. Did the rest go to you or was it like the magic thing, where they "accept" even if it's unbalanced to you?
Seems like an oversight from the devs. He probably just didn’t notice
The option to take items as a reward is available after completing just about any npc quest (even random nobodies you meet), but the simple fact of the matter is during an apocalypse not everyone is going to have all that much of interest for a pc. Unless the person you're talking to is a merchant with a large inventory full of supplies it's pretty likely that you're not going to be able to get the theoretical max value for taking items as a quest reward (and even if you could, it's not really garenteed that all of those items are going to be useful for you).
That's not so much of a bug as something that you need to accept and account for when taking item rewards. The same goes for taking skill training as a reward btw, a lot of people people aren't going to have much of use to teach you.
