I make $0.00 on this TH-cam Channel. All I ask in return is a little flick on that Like Button, and maybe even sharing my videos. Thanks for your support 🙌
I started watching on Monday and I must have watched your entire library about twice now. Thank you so much. I have one request. Can you do a video on the easier way to transition to Agile and how to get everyone on board ?
As per my understanding in hybrid Rigid planning will be done with 80% requirements fixed and 20% flexible Sprints will based on scope-bound:means that we have to complete the planned work in that iteration?what if we cant able to do some tasks can we move that to next iteration(by adding it to product backlog) in hybrid methodology? We have to present the increment before the Quality testing to the stakeholders or after the testing done by tester? What about the changes to requirements which we will get in iteration review with stakeholders? In case of any changes in then it has to be follow the change management process in predictive method, right?
Thanks for watching. I’ve covered your questions in a few of my videos, check my channel page but in short, your questions are related to the sprint which means that the scrum framework still applies. I unfortunately cannot give detailed answers to your question in this comment as they are not that straight forward. You can email me instead if you still need help
Man I love your content, a constructive feedback would be: for non native English speakers might be kinda hard to understand you sometimes, including subtitles would be incredibly helpful, I dont want to miss anything. Thanks a lot!!

The waterfall is outdated, good video
Very true
Micro level waterfall is there in each short story of scrumban. The meaning of done is a waterfall.
