Yes and no it is technically an arrancars equivalent to a bankai
yes, because a regular ressurection is the equivalent of shikai to them but to go further beyond is nothing less then bankai to arrancar

It’s from The opening of Bleach’s Hell Verse Movie. As to the specific animators, IDK. But the entire Hell Verse movie is animated like that. Crisp, smooth, and 100% Epic
