USL 2 and NPSL of more consistent level of play compared to UPSL teams. This is due to the relatively low barrier to entry of the UPSL compared to the other semi pro teams. Really anybody can start a UPSL team because you do not need much funding, many players, or experienced coaches. I have experienced UPSL teams that could lose to your local sunday league team, while also seeing UPSL teams win against MLS next pro teams. The level in the UPSL is so diverse.

Hey Marat i've been subscribed for a long time now i always love the videos you make and the effort you put in them.
i'm 16yrs right now and really want to play football for a living i really love the sport but due to pressure of studies and my parents not really taking what i want to do seriously its been hard.
i play CDM/AMF for my academy and have been wanting to go up to a better or higher level academy.
How should i start and what should i have in my skill kit to be effective in these positions?

That's awesome that you've got the talent! Honestly, even though you may disagree, school really is important. Getting an education helps you not only in your career but also within soccer. Soccer isn't just a physical game, it's strategic and mental!
For those positions, what I personally have seen as the most effective, is learning how to read other teams positioning on the field, their movement when they have the ball, and then their runs that they usually make. This usually takes 10 minutes them to understand how they play before you can start finding the gaps they usually leave out. Once you find and can CONSISTENTLY find those gaps and patterns within teams is when you can start becoming really lethal as a mid fielder.
And then obviously working on your passing, scanning, and endurance!
