- I show you how fix or basically pair / repair your remote if you are stuck on the "choose your language" part within setup on an Insignia Fire TV (smart tv fire edition). Hope this helps.

Mine is the opposite it won't let me select the language but the remote is paired it turns the TV on and off and this TV has no buttons this is pissing me off man I swear I just bought a roku remote that didn't work then I bought a universal remote and that isn't working either...I bought an official hisense remote on Amazon that will be here tomorrow if that doesn't work im gonna kick this TV. 😑
Here's what I did to make it work: First, I pressed the home button to connect the remote. Then, I unplugged both the TV and the Wi-Fi. After plugging them back in, the FireTV asked me to connect to a network. Just select your network, and you should be able to finish setting up the TV without any problems.

Mine will let me choose the language but then won't pair to my remote. So I'm stuck on the remote pairing screen. I've tried all the button tricks you have suggested, but it still won't pair so I can set up my fire tv. Brand new batteries and everything.

Dude thank you. Home button worked. It was brand new out of the box.

Puppy chewed og remote. Had to buy new gen one. Also downloaded app and was using that great! Needed a working remote though. New gen remote would not pair. Suggested that I reset tv to factory defaults...so like a dumbass i did. Now the app cant connect to tv and after trying 2 of these tips(remote has no pair button) I am still stuck on choose my language.
The remote flashed blue light 3x like it paired but still nothing...

SOLUTION after I factory reset my tv it would let me select language but wouldn’t pair bought 2 remotes and still nothing I got a official insignia remote and it finally worked

Mine are official, original remotes that came with the TVs and still not working, no reset, no combination of buttons, nothing is working
It should work. Just unplug TV and remove remote batteries. Plug back tv, put batteries now and it should pair @@Produktiv_sknk

What worked for me was the
Return, Left Key and the 3 Lines for 30 secs 👍🏻
It got me past this page and then said “searching for your remote.” And won’t find my new remote.

Im able to select lenguaje, but right after choosing startup it goes tu sync remoto, and nothing i do works to sync the remoto.
The wierd thing is that im able to select lenguaje so you would say it should work, im out of options.

My kid factory reset our Insignia Fire TV via the app. Our remote broke ages ago. I talked to Amazon support for over two hours and they managed to have me buy a remote that will not work. What do I buy then? I’ve watched and followed so many of your videos to see how to fix this. Any help from anyone would be incredible!! PS the app won’t work either now.
I found the solution I was going crazy. You have to unplug your tv from the wall then hold down the power button on your tv then don’t release and plug back in your tv then keep holding button till you see the Amazon logo on your tv and it’s gonna have you factory reset it and then you reboot it. I just solved it me and my boyfriend we’re up for an hour so frustrated
@@marilopez2527 I ended up having to buy an Ethernet cable and then it let me into the FireTV app. I was able to finish the setup!

I don't have the factory remote for mines so I bought one compatible with it it paired but after I select my "Lenguage" the screen says "searching for your remote" but it won't pair.
All it did was turn it off and on plus volume but couldn't get to menu or anything like that and I used the Exact code,guess I need a refund on this universal remote
Help! or Advice! Amazon TV Stuck on Language. All three things were done as you demonstrated. The remote test done is OK. The results are fine. The remote will change the volume. Also, it will power the T.V. up and down. Nothing else will move. Completed a hard reset; it's still stuck on the language selection screen. Our Internet provider updated the Internet system with new equipment and network. Tried a personal hotspot on one Android phone with the previous network name and password- Now, 4 Amazon T.V.s are not working.

You’ll have to purchase a remote from Amazon that had a pair button. It’s the only way.
You just gotta unplug your tv and plug it back in
Tengo 2 de estos TV. Los compre en 2022 y 2021 a 50% off en Amazon Prime Day. Y me está pasando el mismo problema que a todos: El más viejo se queda estancado en en "Press Home to Pair a Remote" Luego de restablecerlo de fabrica. Ya he probado todo la App no deja salirme de esa pantalla. Los dos controles de ambos TV me dejan subir y bajar volumen pero no hace nada cuando presiono Home. Creo que la conclusión es que el sensor de bluetooth del TV se daña con facilidad. Dado que esa función de emparejamiento se hace por Bluetooth. Pensaba vender el tv más nuevo y ahora no podré hacerlo debido a esto.
Lo pudiste solucionar ?
@@AntonioMartinez-cq9yl No, incluso lo destape (ya que tengo otro igual y funcional) y le intercambie la tarjeta WiFi&Bluetooth del funcional al que se dañó y no agarró el control. Quedó como un lindo pisapapeles porque ni de monitor puedo usarlo.
