I wonder how much time it takes for her to set up the camera especially when she has to take other people's orders. It's so cool how in every shot the lighting, camera angle, etc are all perfect, and on top of all that she has this beautiful aesthetic vibe.

To answer your question....sometimes in Korean videos they have just one employee spending the day making the video....they don't take the orders because the other employees do it while they make the video....OR they do it before the store opens.

You walk in this store and want to drink and eat almost everything on the menu. Which could probably only be done over a period of a month or 2. Continued peace to Zoe. It is a joy and delight of the heart to see you at work. Because how clean her serve is has almost everything to do with why someone would want to go back again and again.

As for my goal, I will make it muslim friendly too as it can be enjoy for all people, muslim or non muslim.. myself also like this type of ambience and all the dessert, pastry.. just I need more time to learn what to change, what cant be used in order to make it muslim friendly.. Actually they are many thing to search n learn :) but this video especially zoe herself really increase my level of motivation to make my dreams come true.. hope i can do it in the near future.. honestly kinda my dream to open up a cafe like this in my country! its so aesthetic and clean, but with good desserts and drinks, not like those cafes that look chic but only have "fancy" desserts and foods that taste like grass...
YES i went to florida, u.s and there was a milkshake place with beautiful decorations, and very pinterest worthy, but when i tried it was so thick and heavy and it didnt taste like how it was marketed. i've been to so many places where their drinks and what-not were so pretty but didn't taste as good as they looks unfortunately

as an ex barista, my fav ever drink to make is anything that has to do with matcha bcs of the colour is so satisfying when we add milk to it. The hardest thing to learn was how to shape the ice cream nicely , i thought it was the easiest but it was one of the hardest things to learn. Don’t even get me started on cleaning the machine 🥺
