Fully agree when he says we need more focus on solutions rather than ruminating on all the doomsday stuff.. idk if anyone in this community has watched Died Suddenly, Final Days, Plandemic etc can be easy to get overwhelmed by the seeming lack of solutions + feelings of powerlessness..
Agree we live in a time with incredible amount of information, knowledge and wisdom on all platforms and can be super overwhelming. Some people push the fear and doom scenarios others the 5D New Earth love & light. I think its super important to be grounded and train discernment. What helps in a positive sense and what can be implemented in real life today.

this conversation made me cry a couple of times ...the moment when Chervin was talking about the spiritual trap had some profound effect on my body, I resonated ...put me into tears couldn’t even finish watching because I realized that I m trapped too. was analyzing and observing myself for the past two days, it helped me to have some kind of relief from my soul, I feel more free now, more work to do, more self-compassion to cultivate. Every guest had something interesting to say but this episode made me watch all of it, The topics that was brought in this one resonate with me at some point. He's approach to the life situations is amazing althogh I'm still on my journey with improvement of my life. For once I deleted again an Instagram. Previosly I deleted Twitter again. When I'm at my night shifts at work I yet to have some time to sit and think or rethink some of my actions etc. That ends up of gettings some guidances and downloads for deleting unnessessary apps for me. I do watch TH-cam, checking out Pinterest and email but since I dont have any social medias now no emails coming through either. If I will have kid/kids I would like to raise them as their in 90s like me when they will have access to technology at least when they will be a teenager. Before that normal toys, educational and logic ones. If one want to play a computer games they would be somewhat educational too. I had those kind of games when I was learning geography through flying a plane around a world or coloring characters and making puzzles of famous paintings and learning about artist and history of that painting after finishing the puzzles :) Those were nice times :)

So, a Healthy Ego will also protect it's humans healthy spirituality. In our language, the name for the soul is also a personal name, so, there is no mental verbing, if you want to have the connection with your soul, instead of someone trying to connect you with another human being, or thempersonally telepathically communicating if u needed anything.
