I think they just wanted to test what kind of traffic the Ranked mode got so they can have an estimate on what to prepare for. I wish they put Ranked out so we can play any day of the week, i can live with time hourly restrictions, but it still sounds stupid.

You can go this same build and take resolution as it is not needed for mana sustain as much in the jungle
Before 6 item patch, I could easily E with grux, auto and immediately vancel with right click. After the patch the combo is inconsistent. Sometimes I can do it, sometimes the first auto takes ages to go off before I can even cancel it. I think something like that is happening on feng mao also

Who wins the Zarus vs Feng Mao match up? I always struggle vs Feng, I'm still learning offlane.
Zarus is good at keeping Feng Mao at bay with his Q and RMB, and eventually, he will outscale Feng Mao with the right build. However, Feng Mao stat checks Zarus in all ins at level 6, so I will say it is a skill based match up
@@JoeYoursTruly How exactly should you play the match up then as Zarus? Just sit back and not feed the Feng when his combo hits way harder?
@@YokaiSteve you need to q for the damage reduction just before the fang spins but its a fine line and trying to land the much shorter range q after often means committing dash so I duno if its great but iv had success against a more average joe than JoeYoursTruly
@@YokaiStevepoke with RMB and dash out of the way with E, save Q for when he dashes in for dmg reduction. Just play slow and don’t get tilted you scale hard AF
Temporary ranked makes no sense. Im from eastern europe and when it is online it is deep night in my city.
can you explain why u pick malady instead of resolution? resolution solves mana issue, provides the most pure damage and increases attack speed
malady takes your first, most important slot, just to clear camps faster?
you only really need the soul chalice part from resolution from Feng Mao. Malady is a much better powerspike and helps Feng Mao burst down targets
@@JoeYoursTruly how is it helping exactly, please explain. resolution gives 93 base damage as 1st item, malady gives 84 and doesnt scale later
@@Max_Cony Malady does scale when you hit low hp targets. What’s more important are the stats, and ability haste is one of the most important stats you have to build on Feng Mao. And again, you only really need soul chalice from reso for mana and physical power.

Ayo, so why did we run Omen instead of Infernun here? In a previous video you said you didn’t like Omen’s changes after the v0.18 patch, and you ran Infernum instead. Any reason?
Was trying out a different build path after I talked with some Feng Mao mains. Infernum is good if I want to focus more damage on tanks, but Omen is good if I want to have more burst damage to kill squishy targets. I don't like the cd reduction being weaker on Omen, but it still amps your attack to deal more damage so you have a higher chance to burst down your target
