Yo I got 23 seconds in this as nightwing. Send the guy to your far left at the start to the weapons crate, get behind the guy in front of you wait for him to almost be there. Startle them immediately silent takedown that guy, grapple up fast, shock ground on the 4 guys. Ko two that are on the floor wait for the detective mode detector to get close. Disarm him with a batclaw before quickly hanging over the railing and get a 5x Multi takedown. Should come together for like 23 seconds
