It's a super masculine home, and over 1/2 of the price is for "art" that was commissioned and picked out by someone else. Art is incredibly subjective. That 2 ton thing in the foyer from India, a bunch of hanging chairs, bars hanging from the ceiling and a used super car don't close the deal for me. Cheers!!
Even if I was a billionaire I would never think to spend $45 on a house especially with something you could get in the states probably for way cheaper especially if you renovated it yourself! For real though I would just buy a normal big house and live, renovate that if needed. It wouldn’t take much for me to be at peace. A little hot tub maybe, a nice chill room, a bed to sleep in and a pooper to take my bathroom breaks lol. I miss my old place, had a jet bath and a shower, hot tub in the backyard. Me personally I liked watching producer Michael’s luxury home tours it was funny cause he also had his camera man interacting and includes his opinions in his videos which make it better with their funny little jokes I’d recommend them
As far as silly rich person places go, this one seems kind of tolerable. Like I would definitely change a few things to make it feel a little bit more like a home instead of like it's nothing but one big weird art piece, but the warm colors and cool things that has makes it one of them or better houses we've seen. I mean at least it's not just big and empty and gray and lifeless. Now it's big and empty and has pretty orange colors in it. And only slightly lifeless.
Like Ive said so many times even if I did have tons of money like that I would not buy a big house like that because you couldnt live here alone unless you hire butlers to do your dirty work for you while you just laze around and Im not that type of guy what so ever like Id just buy a normal house and use any left over money for food and entertainment
