I almost cried when I saw what you paid for one day at Universal. A better idea is to book at one of Universal's premier hotels, there are three of them on site. Universal has a total of 8 hotels, but only 3 premier. They aren't cheap, but Unlimited Universal Express is included (for two days, check in AND check out day). Plus you don't have to deal with the parking garage, just take the boats directly to the park. Get your park tickets ahead of time from a legit third party seller like Undercover Tourist, they are a little cheaper than at the gate and they sometimes have multiday deals. Glad you enjoyed Velocicoaster, my daughter's favorite!

There’s nothing like a good road trip…it’s so soothing to my mind. Maybe I’ll have to do a lone road trip because my husband always wants to fly. Nothing wrong with flying, but a road trip is relaxing to me.

Spontaneity, is Great!. Take it from someone who has traveled on road trips. Plan on leaving between 2am-3am, you will b way down the road, and you will b almost there when nite falls. HAPPY ROAD TRIP! Nice music, and love the SMILE !
Take baby steps, young man, and you will be alright. I drive the 17 hours to New York from Arkansas twice a year solo, and I enjoy every minute of it. I am also a spontaneous person who will hit the road in a heartbeat just for a little "Me Time ". My vehicle only takes 3 fill ups during the drive to NYC.
I also will be getting a rental car for my road trip 20 hours drive to Florida next month in August. I'm going as far as one can drive on land while there in FL. Driving is my therapy, and I love everything about it.
The fill-up on gas really hit different with those types of vehicles. I drove my son Dodge from NYC back home, and it was a beast on gas... Never again "smile ".

Loved the spontaneous road trip! Immediately when I saw that jeep I said “that’s gon’ kill them pockets!” I felt that “I’m not built for this” I once drove 14 hours, and after that I said never again. I’ll only fly or take the train.

I was just thinking of getting annual park passes to Potter world and Universal. I’ve lived in Orlando for 17 years and can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve been to one of the parks. (My family and I went EVERY year from my birth until I was 16) Ima do better.

Road trips are cool. I've driven from NYC to Orlando. It's best leave at 12 am to beat traffic. Only gas, bathroom, and nap stops for me. I ❤ Orlando. Enjoy your getaway! 😊

That’s way too long for an impromptu road trip. Maybe like 4-5 hours but all the way to Florida is insane without stopping along the way and sleeping in other cities.
🎢 yeah that only stopping for gas and food is a doozy. exploring along the way is what makes roadtrips exciting, that freedom to check out what caught your eye or planning stops along the way so you know you'll see something you are looking forward to, otherwise it's just like sitting still staring at a moving wall for hours hehe.

I got your video in my feed about 3 months ago and have been hooked ever since. Doesn’t matter how long they are, like most people who subscribed to your channel, I’ll watch them. Especially love the cleaning videos but your road trip is very interesting too. I feel your pain with the drive, I used to drive to Wyoming from Minnesota. Not as long as yours is but hard on us old broads. Don’t beat yourself up over your diet on your trip. You can use the calories for sure!

That's a long drive that would be great to split in two days and night over to get rest like at Paradise Point in Bryant, GA. Probably not, my old car got close to 500 miles before empty. It came in handy during Florida hurricane season when fuel is hard to get. Glad you went for the experience! Hope your Mom had a great time too.

I went to Orlando 3 years ago,stayed at a resort, we bought our park tix from a ticket shop inside walmart,nothing close to 900

You better than me I live in North Carolina but I'm from Louisiana which is where my parents and my brothers and their family is . the difference between here and Louisiana is a 15 hour drive by plane 2 hours guess what round trip ticket me please I refuse to drive 15 hours there and back..I go visit at least once a month and every major holiday.
I prefer short videos. Like 30 min max. But I’ll try to watch if it’s an hour
