Hi Dean, I know i'm a little late here but have a question in regards to 35 and the share classes. Would Class B shares also be considered in a long term investment? I had thought that the sales charges can drop to zero if held long enough, where then the shares would convert to class A. Also I know Class A shares are usually beneficial for larger amounts invested due to break points. What would be considered a large investment that would help immediatley think of class A? Thanks so much!

As we know class A and class B shares are for those with longer time horizon’s it’s crucial to understand what is considered a large investment and what isn’t. If you had to ball park a $ amount to be considered to be a large investment, what would it be?
How alike are the Knopman to the real test? I have taken about 1,000 practice questions, and I have a rolling avrage of about 84%, but when I look at other companies' sample questions, they look very different. I just don't want to go in and be "ambushed". Thanks in advance!!

It isn't the best answer in the answer set. You will still get marked wrong on answers that may be correct but are not the best answer or most correct answer
I have a question about number 8 , To calculate pop Nav/ 100-SC =pop 7.82/ 100-0.08= 7.82/.92 = 8.50 (POP) Than for SC the formula that Kaplan teaches is POP- NAV / POP =SC 8.50- 7.82/ 8.50 =SC Why do we skip this step and stop at 8.50- 7.82 =.68 ?

These questions seem a lot different than the Kaplan questions. It feels like I haven't seen some of this material in the Kaplan material...
Every vendor is different. Good to see different draws.
I am also using Kaplan and agree. These questions feel more high-end but as Dean says, you have to be prepared for a bad draw of tough questions.

Pass through is ordinari income tax rates unless it is a pass through from munis

Yes B shares are for small amount and long term time horizon
