I know this is old but how you dowbload tony hawk american wasteland game? I tried use pcx2(ps2 emulator) which it give me run like 1/3 speed (i tried speedhack which doesnt work well enough) )lus some"texture missing" such as mindy's hair is missing
There's a PC version available. Costy if you wanna pay for it, but it works well, as you can see in this video. If you want less lag, try out the GC version through Dolphin if you're set on emulation.

I don't think the point was to be faster, I'm pretty sure the whole point was that it was seamless, you could go from one area to the next without seeing a loading screen if you wanted to keep a combo going through different levels
